Customers appreciate the reliable delivery service, which is timely and attentive, with friendly staff ensuring accurate and well-packaged orders. The pharmacy staff, especially one dedicated pharmacist, provides excellent service and goes above and beyond to help customers. However, some shoppers find the store slow, especially during busy times when few checkout lanes are open, and self-checkout lines can be long. Many carts are broken, and one of the store’s doors is often closed, causing inconvenience for accessing the pharmacy or drive-thru, which can back up into the main road. Additionally, store hours are sometimes inconsistent, with reports of closing earlier than expected. Overall, while the store offers great products and service, improvements in store maintenance, staffing, and hours could enhance the shopping experience.

The Kroger on Matlock in Arlington always seems to be out of stock of everything on the weekends whether we stop by in person or use delivery service… it’s time we switch over to H-E-B and give them a chance

KROGERS is my go-to store. It stays open till 1 a m. Has everything I need if I forget something?I'd know I got till 1 a m. to go pick it up. Thank you, krogers, for staying open after 10 PM. Some of us still like to go grocery shopping late at night and i'm one of them.
