Kroger offers a wide selection of quality food and household products from popular brands, making it a convenient one-stop shop for savings. Customers appreciate the reliable delivery service, which is timely and attentive, with friendly staff ensuring accurate and well-packaged orders. The pharmacy staff, especially one dedicated pharmacist, provides excellent service and goes above and beyond to help customers. However, some shoppers find the store slow, especially during busy times when few checkout lanes are open, and self-checkout lines can be long. Many carts are broken, and one of the store’s doors is often closed, causing inconvenience for accessing the pharmacy or drive-thru, which can back up into the main road. Additionally, store hours are sometimes inconsistent, with reports of closing earlier than expected. Overall, while the store offers great products and service, improvements in store maintenance, staffing, and hours could enhance the shopping experience.
Been my favorite store for over 24 years. Always safe and prices moderate.

They allow Spectrum representatives in store to bother customers that are just trying to shop. They allow men to loiter around the Pokemon Card vending machine.

This store is hit or miss. Frequently out of “sale” items. They don’t remove expired sale tags on the shelves and won’t honor the price. Produce dept is not always “fresh for everyone”. Redeeming qualities of this store is the deli and floral dept.
