Close the store or replace the racist store manager. He is rude to his vendors. Please get a brand new store manager who is not rude and racist. A vendor likes to be in and out fast and he makes them stay longer than they should and talks down to them.

I received a coupon in a Kroger mailer for $40 off of a curbside pickup of $80 or more. When I couldn't figure out how to apply it to my order, I called the store and they transferred me to a lady in curbside pickup. I explained clearly that I had a coupon for $40 off curbside pickup. She asked me about the coupon and I described that it said Instagram, Kroger, and $40 off $80 or more. She said to give it to staff, along with my other paper coupons when I pick up my order.
When I got there, the same lady said she wasn't aware of what the coupon could be used for. I reminded her of our prior conversation and she agreed this is what she told me. She got the manager, and they refused to honor the coupon.
I wasted time online and going to the store. I will no longer use Kroger.
Update: I called Kroger's Customer Service. Call answered by a very nice and understanding Rep, who apologized for this action and gave me a store credit.

Zero customer service. Zero signage about locked doors during business hours. Zeto signage about card-only self checkout. Now I have to make another trip on another day to get the cash back that I needed tonight.
Worst Kroger in DFW.

The associates were all so very helpful everytime I shop. Even when I ask for something that looks out of stock they would stop and go look for it. Very much appreciate them!

Customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. The managers at this location are rude, inconsiderate & lack good customer service. I will most definitely not be back at this location. If I need groceries in this area I will be at HEB down the street!

I placed an order for delivery as I have done many times before with the Mansfield location. My order was to be delivered between 10 and 11 am. I received a call from the driver at 9:08 am to confirm my address. I gave her the name of the apartment, the building number and the address. I live directly across the highway from the store.. At 10:07 am I received notification that my order was delivered. I went to the door and nothing was there. I called and sent a text to the driver. No answer, no reply. I called to speak with customer support who advised all that they could do was refund me. Not replace the order. I was told to place the order again. I was inconvenienced by Kroger and if I reorder I would have to pay a higher delivery fee with a delivery time of tonight. I know mistakes happen and some people just don't pay attention!

On Super Bowl Sunday, I visited the Krogers on the corner of Broad St and 360 Hwy. While walking up to the checkout, the store manager stopped me and told me of a promotion that they had going on. He was very friendly and funny and really tried to get me to get the promotion. I asked him if the chips were good and he opened one and said to try it and then gave me the bag for free. Due to these 2 managers, I will most definitely continue to shop at this location. I have never had interaction with a grocery store manager before, and it was not just me they were interacting with everyone they could. Thank you for the great customer service. You are the reason why I will drive North Arlington, where there is a Krogers right across the street. However, the customer service will continue to bring me back. Keep up the good work.

I came here around 11:40am needing a money order. Myself and another customer waited for around 10 minutes with zero assistance. I left, but they stayed.

Every time I called the store for assistance, no matter what department I asked for and no one ever answers the phone. This is why I shop at H-E-B now every time I call them, they answer the phone.

You pay for what you get can never be more true than here. Clerk helping in the self checkout line (the only type of checkouts open). Seemed annoyed by having to help us multiple times. The machines are obnoxiously sensitive. I went back at 7:53am to return an item we had just purchased that morning, and I walked up to the “customer service” counter and was greeted with “8am.” That’s it, and I said I just need to return this item, and I got back ,”8am.” This timeeoth more attitude than the first. “Got it”, I stood there watching the clerk at their desk while I waited the 7 minutes for her to open the counter. At 8:01, she came out and put barriers directly in front of me 2x, and told me to enter the line at a different location. That was officially my last trip to Kroger. I would rather go to Walmart than here.

This is one of the worst managed Krogers in the metroplex. They are always understaffed and regularly close the self checkout closest to the pharmacy in the middle of the day. The funny thing is that they added additional check out kiosks on the opposite and yet, even those were closed today. I mean, what was the point of adding more if you routinely lack the personnel to monitor the area? If you are going to close 75% of self checkout, do us a favor, and have more than two cashiers available for regular checkout. It's 4PM. There should not be a line extending into the aisles for self checkout.

Kroger lets these energy providers like Reliant set up shop just inside the entrance and they hassle me every single time I walk in for months. I’ve had enough of it. I’m going to the new H-E-B down the street until I hear these energy providers are no longer inside Kroger.

The so called managers here don't take customers seriously. The self check out machine says help is on the and the white lady was just looking and refused to come down to help. I think to her black people don't deserve her help. Bunch of racists.
