There’s so many checkout lines that are closed. Self check out lines closed. Lines end up being at least 15 minutes because there needs to be more cashiers. Currently writing this from an insanely long line.

They had 1 cashier available only. It was 5:30 PM. I tried to talk to their Supervisor, Stephanie and she was super rude. The cashier, Ms. Marita helped me and she was superb. They need to get better coverage ti serve their customers better.

Have always loved coming here but its just been a crazy decline over the past 2 months. Today I went through a checkout line with a cashier who was on a call on her headphones hiding them with her mask and cowboys beanie the entire time and acted like we were inconveniencing her by being there. Told us “just put your stuff ill be with you in a minute.” Its brain melting to feel like i actually prefer self checkout now. Cant wait for HEB to open.

Kroger Marketplace is located on E Broad in Mansfield, Tx, serving up the community with fresh fruits, vegetables, quality meats, and more, such as clothing items and kitchen appliances.Kroger is easily accessible in a large shopping parking lot with ample parking for every guest, and they do a real good job in returning the carts right back into the store, preventing dings and dents to your beloved vehicle. I usually come here to pick out a couple of stuff I would need for the week but end up leaving with a whole shopping cart. The deals they have are second to none, and sometimes you just can't pass up a great offer. I would first say to download the Kroger app and become a rewards member to get the best bang for your buck! For every dollar you spend, you will get 1 point, and once you reach 100 points, that is 10 cents off a gallon of gas on one of the many gas locations that support Krogers reward program. Second, you can add digital coupons offered only to exclusive Kroger reward members for amazing deals and offers. They have everything you need here to get through the week. The bakery is always baking fresh bread and cookies, and they even have freshly baked pretzels. The deli department has a wonderful display of deli meats and prepackaged meals for every working person whose time is precious. They have a great beer and wine selection, where they carry local craft beer and will even let you build your 6 pack. This Kroger has an extensive selection for pet food, and the prices are unbeatable compared to the local businesses nearby. They also sell kitchen appliances ranging from instant pots, cookware, and kitchen utensils. They sell clothes and also have a Kids small toy aisle as well. The ambiance and environment they set almost feel as if you were in a superstore! This is my go-to store when shopping for everyday essentials. The employees are always nice and friendly and are eager to help and provide assistance when needed. I understand that sometimes the lines might be long, and the cashiers are short-handed, but I honestly believe that's the way the world is moving now with the self check out machines. Overall, it's a good store to pick up your everyday essentials in life and go on with your day.

PERISHABLE ITEMS STORED AT ROOM TEMP FOR HOURS. This store is horrifically mismanaged. Today was the last straw as I saw an entire pallet full of dairy products with "Keep Refrigerated" written on the boxes and the individual containers sitting out in the aisles. I walked through and touched the outside of the products and they weren't remotely cold, like they had been sitting out for hours. This isn't the first time I've seen this. I've seen piles of products sitting out like meat and frozen veggies in weeks past that weren't cold at all to the touch. I've taken pictures and will be submitting to the local heath department. As a food store, your one job is to keep and store food in a safe environment. I'm never going here again, I don't want to buy yogurt kept out for hours on end. Theres always 5 or 6 kids standing out at the carts not doing anything, yet there's no one stocking perishable products. I hope the new HEB opening gives this Kroger a rude awakening when they start losing customers.

Called to speak to a manager no answer. Just left this location & I was chased out the store by a cashier (older black woman with a wig) that accused me of walking out on a balance when I clearly had a receipt in my hand. She proceeded to continue to accuse & look for the bandit out of the store. Definitely not ok when my self check-out register that I had just left was cleared & she looked right at me. I will call corporate since the manager at this location is apparently busy. Don't go around accusing ppl & causing a disruption. She's old enough to know the consequences of this. I'm sure Kroger has a policy on this & I can guarantee it's not a cashier chasing ppl out the store accusing all she could see. For this to be a signature Mansfield location it's a very ratchet Kroger IMO. The store is always empty, filthy & lots of workers/kids hanging outside the store very rowdy.

Extraordinary beautiful place and lots of specials! Ask for the Kroger discount. Usually you need a card but if you are passing through they give you specials!
