They DO NOT have contactless payment.. Waited at the gas pump for 20 minutes before someone got to the kiosk.. just to be told they don't accept Apple Pay. On their google page it says they DO HAVE contactless payment. So inconvenient.

I had 10 minutes left to go into the store they closed they lock the door so it was the worst service I've ever had a Kroger and I really needed some food for my dogs

Each and every time I place a pickup order it’s ALWAYS a reason it’s not ready. The reason for pickup is convenience but not at this store. I understand we’re in a “pandemic” but that can’t always be an excuse. When they call it’s always at the time the order is supposed to be ready and now she says she don’t have an eta and not even an apology. I’ll drive out the way if I have to but this location is no longer an option for me

Absolutely the rudest and lazy front desk employees ever. I was there at 7:28pm and stood there while waiting to ask about my receipt til 7:36pm to be told by 3 other employees that they are closed. Before one of the girls walks by me going to the back thinking oh when she puts up the reciepts and etc she will help. NO instead one of the ladies who looked at me earlier says they are closed of wait Mia are you closed she responses ugh YEAH. I said then why didnt you tell me when you looked at me. She just replied with a tone I didn't no I didn't I said you were there and looked at me and continued with the cash machine again NO No I didn't. If thats who they have watching the store no wonder the front desk looks like a cluster and puts back milk product after who knows how long its been out.

Quit promising things that can not be accomplished this is 3 out of 4 times you could not get my order ready for pickup time. I do not live in this town so plan around my work schedule. Spend how much time placing order online and this over and over. This is not service.

⚠️?DO NOT BUY GROUND BEEF FROM THIS STORE!!? accidentally bought some that didn’t have a date on it. got home & I noticed it didn’t have a sticker, like they knew it was old but took the sticker off 2 packages of ground beef. I opened one and the smell hit me in the face. Disgusting. Got my money back and went to Walmart neighborhood across the street for FRESH FOOD.

We have ordered delivery from this location for the first time ever. They gave us completely wrong items on almost every item we ordered, and when we contacted the manager he said that they have the right to substitute items as they see fit to fulfill the orders. First big problem was we got an email that the groceries were delivered, but they were nowhere to be found. We informed the service of what happened and waited, 45 min later the guy finally arrived. This is a list of all the "substitutes" and mess ups: Eggs, 4 out of twelve broken. Manager said we'd have to take that up with delivery Milk, ordered A2 "lactose free" got Whole Organic Milk WITH LACTOSE 6 Chow Mein Beef Teriyaki noodles got Chicken Ramen packets Box of Boil in bag Jasmine Minute Rice brand got regular white rice, Kroger brand Ordered pack of Chicken Breasts got the WORST chicken we had EVER seen with pack FULL of water and chicken that was soured. Overall, absolutely depressing that our first order with this service and to get the kind of service that we did was just sad. When we ordered at WalMart, the items were ALL correct and if they didn't have the one we ordered they didn't substitute it with sub-par crap. We are sticking with WM and NEVER ordering from Kroger again.

Used to be a really nice grocery. But they have been going down hill. Grocery pick option is awful, I have been called 4-5 times informing me that my order is not ready.They are definitely under staffed at the check out lines. During prime hours they normally only have 2 lanes open and it’s normally a good 30 minute wait to check out. Self check out isn’t any better.During slow times our are expected to self check out. I am fine with self checkout but it does not work well when your cart is full.

Uh, everything about the store is ok except customer service. I'm cooking a large gumbo requiring 4-6 lbs of shrimp, rather than help me she raised a sign saying 10-8. Why wouldn't this be displayed. I won't EVER again want $100s of dollars of seafood from here. That was one component, too bad employees don't give a damn.

I don't know what's going on with their stockers BUT who wants to pick their food up off the floor?? I have never seen this kind of unprofessionalism in a store. The stocker was slamming boxes in the other aisle. I guess it was a bad day...

Awful grocery pick up team. Not communicative at all and one particular lady there has an awful attitude. I'm really disappointed because I used to have good experiences at this location, but since this new hire started I have not been treated as a value customer.

I went in today to grab lobster and crab from the seafood deli. I was met by an extremely rude woman rushing me and ignoring anything I had to say I wanted to pick the lobster I was buying so I pointed to the ones I wanted and she threw a hissy fit over helping me get the ones I wanted. I literally asked for 1 TAIL and let her pick the rest. I told her to have a good day and she rolled her eyes at me and started talking to the next person. She needs to be retrained or fired. I will never come back to this location and spend my money when I'm treated in such a manner when I was nothing but nice to her. This happened at around 1 pm and she was the only one working in the deli. Older white lady

The pharmacy team is excellent! They were very professional, friendly and efficient. First time at this location. Came to get my flu shot during my lunch break. They got me in and out with no problems. I will definitely return! Thanks again, ladies!

Kroger is amazing they literally have anything you are looking for From food, cleaning supplies, personal hygiene, medicine, banking and etc and all with very good prices plus if your a Kroger plus customer you get tons of deals off of your purchases. Not only that but they have a Starbucks branch in the store. This is a definitely go to place for last time and quick shopping.

So I go in to Kroger to purchase toilet paper no signs are posted limiting quantities. I get nine packages of toilet paper and go to self check out. So the attendant is just watching me scan my toilet paper then tells me I have to call someone to see if you can "take" this many. . So I proceeded to tell the attendant there's no sign posted limiting quantities. Some employee walks up and tells me she hast to go check to see if there's a sign. Low and behold there is no sign and some other reject comes over to tell me they have the right to limit quantities neither one of these rejects are part of the management team. Long story short they would only let me purchase two. Meanwhile I'm still asking them how they can limit quantities when there's no sign posted. I left with my two packages of toilet paper and called corporate customer service promptly. What amazes me is that I've seen people purchase several of the same item and nothing has been said.
