Highlights were inconsistent. Base color too dark when specifically asked him I don’t want dark base color. Not worth the price i paid. Not satisfied with results.

I came in for a balayage I should of known when I left with in an 1hr 1/2 that something was wrong, I specifically asked do not put the color to my roots and he did, I said I like the “grown out look at the roots” which with a balayage it should be that way anyways he cut my hair so uneven and there is absolutely NOTHING balayage about my hair the ends are still dark 🤦♀️ he tried to hide his mess ups by curling my hair before I left I guess so I wouldn’t tell how it really looked my highlights don’t even go all the way to the ends of my hair smh just horrible, he put bleach on my scalp where I look like I have a bald patch

Love Guillermo, He is a master of color. When I stated going to him my hair was orange and I'm transitioning to natural. He corrected the orange beautifully. Then, I returned to get my hair blended. And again he did an amazing job!!! So happy I found him! I highly recommend him!

Very unprofessional. The day of my appointment he tried to cancel my appointment. I have a very busy schedule so I told him I couldn’t come in any other day so he made it to a hour later. That was fine with me but what I didn’t know was he was going to leave mid appointment and leave me with his assistant. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he completely ignored it. It was nothing to what I wanted. I came because of a promotion he had going on but when it was time to pay he charged me double of what he was advertising.

So I’m not sure where to start!, because this salon is the best by far ! I really really had an amazing time here when I got my hair done yesterday. It’s such a cute salon and definitely passes the vibe and atmosphere check 💕 as soon as I walked in I was put into the chair and my transformation began the stylists here are so nice and sweet , felt like I was hanging out at home with people I was close with even tho i barely knew them they made me feel welcomed , felt so cozy and excited my hair was coming along my stylist was awesome and very patient with my requests he offered me many options and did such a beautiful job on my hair! This salon and their abilities and skills speak for themselves , they are the best also very reasonably priced and they will make you happy i promise. My stylist was Guillermo let me tell you guys this man was so cool and beautiful haha yes he was oh and he has the cutest accent you have to hear it , i felt very comfortable he was very kind and patient and made sure i was happy with my experience here I just want to thank you for taking such good care of me and transforming my dry hair into beautiful healthy and super sexy style i really love what you did to my hair and enjoyed my time here and most definitely will be back you are a great stylist . You deserve all the gratitude.

Ruined my hair! I have been here before and he did a great job but highlight techniques are out of date and DEFINITELY does not know how to blend and match color! I paid to get my blonde hair ruined. I asked to blend my darker roots with my blonde. I asked for a cut and even that was ruined. I was double booked and I know that doesn't help. Can't focus on one client when trying to juggle two and rush. On top of that he yanks your dam hair out!!! If you are tender headed be prepared to FIGHT. I'm not a tender head and I STRUGGLED. My gut was saying things is going to be bad but i didn't listen. Followed thru and now I will just need to go back dark. My blonde is ruined.When asking about correction I got no where. His response was " I will take your advice into account, sorry. " Do not waste your time or money here. It's getting harder and harder to find somebody good.

They charged me $220 for a hair half dun and I have really short hair and that guy didn’t want to fix it for free when the he was the one that messed up and didn’t do his job right
