I liked my hair, but the promotional price was not honored. All extra fees should be mentioned before rendering a service. Promotional price for an ombre, balayage, or highlights was $99. I ended up paying $190ish. Reasoning was due to using 3 colors.

Do NOT waste your time or money. They don't care about the salon, you, or your hair. Please just go somewhere else. Damaged my hair so bad!!

I wanted to love this place, but I came out with severely damaged hair in the long run and spent nearly $300 to get it. The color I recieved was not what I wanted, but it was still nice so I didn't complain. A clean hair brush was not used on me and my hair wasn't dealt with gently, but I kept quiet and tried not to let it bother me and put faith in the stylist. I am now working with a stylist in Delaney salon suites trying to repair my hair and achieve the color I want for a much lower price. I will place a photo of the after effects on my hair that my current stylist took and is trying to repair. I've had to get nearly 1 foot of hair cut off so far.

As a licensed professional of a friend Rosa who is also a licensed professional I would absolutely not go there. Rosa has recently moved to Texas and her blonde has been growing out and went to get her blonde touched up. Not too much the ask for. Yes she is naturally dark and it was probably around 6 inches of growout and see just wanted to be ashy. ROSA's HAIR IS FRIED. THIS STYLIST HAD TO PULL BLEACH THROUGH HER ENDS. SHE LITERALLY JUST WANTED TO MATCH HER ENDS WHICH WERE NOT THAT LIGHT. NOW SHE HAS SUPER WHITE ENDS AND THEN ORANGE AND YELLOW ROOTS. SHE SPENT OVER 200$ getting her hair fried and having orange roots. They create toner for a reason! If you can tone it. Shadow root it. Darken or color melt it. It just makes me so angry, if you mess up atleast own up to it. Offer treatments to fix the issue. Clients would rather have honestly and solutions instead of just taking their money and leaving them with ugly damaged hair. She's going to have to chop a lot off from all breakage and do so many treatments. Thank god she can atleast tome it to fix it. Please if you know what's good for you. Do not go there. They did this to another salon professional. And that should speak volume.

I came in saturday 26 to get some foils done , i wanted to bring my blond higher as it had grown out for quite some mounths , i informed the stlyst that i had bleache on my ends , i simply wanted a shadow root my blond a it higher and an ashey tone , iknow i said it a million times while i was there that i wanted ashy i love ash and i use it everysingle time , i had only one previos bleach sence august and the some highlights in november but honelsy i had atleast 6 inches in grouth witch i wanted to be coverd , when i spoke to the reseptionist i spacificaly mentiond that i wanted to jse olaplex with my bleach and if they carried it she said yes but that there would be an additional charge , honestly i was fine with the aditional charge for olaplex as i love this product when i got there , my stylist was late , as was the stlyist for the other costumers there all waiting outside aswell , she procceds to foil my hair and almost the whole time has me sitting away from the mirror , im sorry but i would have never put all of my hairinto a foil ,but from what i can tell i honestly think she put my ends in the foil along with the rest of my hair witch of course hydrolied them extremlu when she put me under the dryer for 40 min, and wash my hair out it was gummy at the end when i touched it , it was fallliing out breaking off she them dryed and harshley brushes my hyrolizdd hair with maid it break even more all while not having me turned twards the mirror , never once showed me the back of my hair and honestly it dosnt look as if she toned it one bit , very oraney yellow brassy and hydrolized i know more will fall off in the days to come i am very unhappy will never be back or recomen any one to this place esspecialy to perla colunga i was very polite and kept my composure but lost a good costumer for life and also whas charged 220 to get my hair fryed off to fall very disapointed for some one that says to have 10 years of expiernce that lso talked very bad to every single costumer about the salon to me is very taky if you dont like the people you work for then dont work for them but there is no need to talkabout them to the costumer and try to take them to your own salon , where i would never step foot in after this expiernce

DO NOT buy a Groupon package from La Salon! It's false advertisement! I called on 1/2/19, I explained I bought a package from Groupon and I ask to make an appointment with Guillermo Garcia. I was told by the receptionist that “Guillermo doesn't take Groupon clients.†I then asked if Memo was available. Again, I was told “Memo doesn't take Groupon clients either.†The receptionist asked if it was ok for another hair stylist to do my hair. I reluctantly said yes because I really want to treat myself. I read great reviews about Guillermo and Memo's coloring skills and that is the ONLY reason I purchased the package. Also, the package is under Guillermo Garcia's name. So it was my understanding that he would except a Groupon client. Apparently, that was far from the truth. La Salon, you need to update your Groupon description and state the stylist who actually will be working with a Groupon customer. On top of that, after I agreed to work with another stylist I never heard of a receptionist asking a new client if she could call me back? Really?! Call me back?! Very unprofessional! To put the cherry on top I never received a phone call. It's been over a week. Thankfully, after explaining the false advertisement to Groupon I received a full refund. Please! Please! Do not buy a package from La Salon. You'll be sorry and extremely disappointed. I never even got to step my foot in the door. I was really looking forward to it. Great way to build up new clientele! What a shame!

I came in before for a special they had online. When I called to make an appointment they told me I would get the special so I agreed to make the appointment because it was affordable. After I got my hair done and it was time to pay they charged double what I was expecting to pay and all he did was highlights. I came out paying 180 for some hi lights, nothing like the picture I showed him. They advertise all these specials but didn’t come through it’s like a scam.
