We are new to the pool life and have needed help learning. I've been here 4x now and every time the staff has been extremely helpful! Billy is excellent! He answered all my questions and was so sweet and helpful!

I was struggling with keeping my pool clean and met with Bill and Billy at Leslie’s in Mansfield. They offered excellent advise and now my pool is so clear!!If you need an expert opinion on how to maintain a pool, you need to ask for either of them when you go in.

Terrible service. I placed an order online that is a very common piece that is located in the store. I only ordered it online due to a discount being applied. They never did get my order ready and I had to cancel the order. Very poor for such a big company.

My husband was ignored for over 20 minutes. Even though he was in the store before other people. He kept helping other people who came in after him. The whole trip should have been only 5 minutes and it took over 30 minutes. Extremely disappointed in customer service.

Literally first time coming into this store. I just needed a quick buy of muriatic acid, but when I came in, I wasn’t greeted, i wasn’t acknowledged and the person working there was talking and talking to a customer asking 1000 questions about his pool. A simple, “I’ll be with you shortly” or “how can I help you” would of been nice, but instead I waited about 15 min before walking out of the store to go elsewhere to buy my chemical.

Editing from a 5 star to a zero. We wanted to purchase a large ticket item, over $5k. They looked it up & said they could have it here in a week or two. We applied for credit with them, did a hard credit check, got approved. Then we go back to make the purchase & was told they don't have it & won't ship it in for us. Billy the manager did nothing to help us, & Larissa even told us that if we wanted it, we would have to drive to Louisiana & pick it up ourselves.Keep in mind this is after we paid 100$ for an estimate.Why would you put us through all of this just to say no, we cannot help you.Calling corporate was a waste of time as well, put me on hold, then hang up, & got no call back.What a horrible way to treat a client. Worst experience ever. Shame on you.

Always has the best service when I come in. I get treated like royalty and I honestly stopped shopping at a place that says something about a penny.Always has what I need in stock.I run 87 pools a week and they have yet to disappoint.

It's hit or miss on if you get someone that knows about pools and the equipment. Very over priced, paid twice as much for booster pump tubing. Should have shoped around.

Worst customer service ever from the woman at the front counter. Treated me and my sons as less than human and that we were an inconvenience to her and the guy she was flirting with at the counter.My business will go elsewhere
