This place is a hidden gem in Mansfield, TX.
I found it through a friend recommendation.
I was looking for weeks for a hairstylist for my daughter’s formal hair updo on her Quinceañera’s day.
I was growing weary to look for a talented hairstylist, but finally a week before our event, I found Sarah Marshall in this place.
She is so talented, I sent a text message through her info in the website and right away she answered to me.
She was so kind to accommodate us for a hair updo on a Thursday’s morning, last October 2024.
She did an excellent job with my daughter’s hair and she looked beautiful on her big day.
She have pretty reasonable prices and we were so pleased with her job. She’s friendly and professional.
My daughter’s hair updo stayed put all day throughout the ceremony, the photo shooting and while we danced the night away.
Thank you Ms. Sarah Marshall , for being part of our special occasion for our family. You’ll have our business for the years to come…

Love this place! I’ve been going here for different services (massages, hair, etc.) and everyone is always very nice and friendly. Amy with Unique Impressions and Nahm with Serene Lotus Thai Massage are awesome!! Liz with The Studio Liz is also great!

Amy is the most unprofessional hairstylist I have ever seen. She has no business doing anything when it comes to hair. She put “tape in” hair extensions for $675 which is a ridiculous amount of money for them. She then, was going to charge another insertion fee to add more hair because she did not order enough to begin with. She “color matched” and the hair is significantly off from my daughter’s actual hair. When asked what color it was so we could order more, she refused to tell us the color number. She should be ashamed of herself and that type of behavior and actions as that shows that she doesn’t care about her clients or is she at all looking out for them. Her responses to a 17 year old girl were even more unprofessional. I hope she doesn’t have children because she would be highly upset if they got responses and were treated the way my daughter was. So, Amy you can get on here and respond all you would like, and try to save face, and spin the version of what happened, but I have the bill to prove otherwise as well as several other stylist that are in shock of your work that yes, we are having to fix because you simply wanted to squeeze out every dime you could from a senior in high school. Hope you feel good about yourself because your work is not worth half of what you are charging. I would NEVER USE THIS SALON/STYLIST and I make sure to tell everyone who did her hair. You see your work is a walking advertisement and this one was a HUGE MISTAKE! And if you look at other reviews you will see that this is not the wrong Business.

This studio has been the best place that I’ve ever had the pleasure of cutting hair at!
1.) D’Ann and Amy actively help their people with getting clients and business strategies
2.) It is a very friendly and respectable environment
3.) It is always clean
4.) Great location in terms of traffic and safety
All in all, it was a great experience. If there was an option for 10 stars I’d put 11!
If you are looking for a spot to settle into, I would definitely check out L’Image Studio !!

I recently resigned my 4th lease at L'Image Studio (going on 6 years. First 2 years I did day rate). It is a clean and professional atmosphere and the owners are very accommodating to all different phases of your career you may be in. I highly recommend checking them out whether you are looking for a station a couple times a month or a full time home to grow or maintain your business!

I did a day rent space for a week at L'image. EVERYONE over there was so welcoming. D'anne made so many accommodations for me while I was there. I am so very appreciative that they made me feel comfortable ? I very much had buyers remorse for signing a lease at a different salon suite. I was only there for 3 days but there are several people that made a lasting impression on me in the best way possible. If you are looking for a new salon home temporarily or permanently I would 10 out 10 recommend L'image ❤️

I rent space at L'Image Studios and enjoy the open relationship I have with the owners. They work with me to ensure my room is comfortable for my massage clients. I really like that they have a washer and a dryer so I can wash my sheets and towels on premise. Their rental prices are reasonable and competitive with other like studios.I have been there 3 years and will be signing another lease agreement in the next few weeks.

This salon may not be suitable for experienced stylists, as it lacks the necessary accommodations. I would advise against visiting, particularly due to the perceived prejudice from the owners, Amy and Deann.

I went there for straightening my hair but ended up doing Keratin treatment (150$ plus tips) but didn't get the result I wanted. They had provided me with wrong info but later they denied it . After that they agreed for Chi treatment( rhey made me pay for product only (100$). My hair is Asian hair with curls in back. After Chi treatment, I washed my hair after 3/4 days , my went back to my original form. I tried to reach out to them but they ignored me saying Chi straightening treatment isnt to make hair straight( then what is it for ? haha). I tried to contact them to fix it or atleast refund my money but they ignored me. I kept waiting for their reply but nothing .
Overall I wasted 250$ plus 25$ tips. It is a fraud. Worst salon ever with worst service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I chopped my hair due to all heat damage. Trust me do not go there if you love your money and hair!( bad reviews are there for real due to worst service). I went there based on some good reviews but because of them now i find hard to trust any other salon. Both my money and hair is gone now. And they did nothing for me. DO NOT GO THERE!

I had the privilege today to visit this salon! Immediately I was greeted and felt very comfortable being there. My Stylist was Amy and she was great! I also loved the beautiful jewelry they have.On top of the hair products they sell of coarse! Overall I was very pleased and will return!

Solange is awesome! She always does my hair exactly how I wanted, and it always turns out great. Her prices are fair and affordable. I've been going to her for almost a year now. And the styles last long. She is my go-to for braids! ❤️
