I just wanted to thank Charles at Lit Nutrition for his great attitude and customer service. I went to Lit for my first time on Monday after a bike ride. I was craving a smoothie, and read some good reviews online. When I arrived there, Charles welcomed me right away, suggested the Peaches & Cream shake, and made it while we talked a while. The smoothie, full of protein and taste, was amazing. I was trying to not drink it quickly, so that it would last. The smoothie itself cost $8 and it was a large size (maybe 32 ounces?). They also have a $5 Friday deal (for the basic smoothies, which is the kind I bought), which seems like a really good deal. Needless to say, I'll be there this Friday picking up another one. Thanks again, Charles, for your hospitality and great smoothie. - Daniel

Great place and great prices. I have been to several other nutrition places around town and this is by far the best one and best prices. They have 5 dollar Fridays which is awesome!! They also have fitness classes as well. I love watermelon madness and captain America flavor energy teas

This place is really close to me so I still use it out of convenience however, if I had another option I would not return. I have never felt welcomed when I walk in. I have gone and asked about the fitness program and I just got "idk". I try to make conversations and I get short answers but then familiar faces walk in and the attention goes to them. Once I walked in and the girl was in the restroom and she just tells me "oh I was just in the restroom", TMI. I have never been offered a return card for points/rewards. I don't even get asked for a tip which I'm glad I don't because I wouldn't bother due to poor customer service. Now, out of of all the times I have gone I did have ONE good experience, and that was with the older lady. So shout out to her, she was friendly and actually had a smile on.

Can’t recommend this place enough. The shakes, teas and protein oats are amazing. They all help me stay on track with my weight loss goals. I always have great service and it’s always consistent, which is a huge plus for me!
