Today I visited Mansfield Lowe's have great experience with the manger named Carolina though service experience started really very bad which Carolina take care of the issue. I really appreciate her service.

Do not have plastic pipe thread fittings, or ABS pipe. Arrogant employee. Went to home depot where found all.

I always go to Lowe's for anything to do with my home. They have a great selection of basically all your home goods needs and their customer service can be decent at times

This Lowe's is always packed , but they have what you need. The staff doesn't seem to help as much as other Lowe's I've been to, they seem to avoid you when you need help.
The front aisle is filled with displays which makes it very difficult to try and turn to go up and down aisles, especially if you have one of the carts with wood or a door on.

This store is actively practicing bait and switch. They advertise one premium mulch and the load you up with a completely different and inferior product. In literally less than 24 hours and one rainstorm, the mulch lost all its black color. When I went back, they did agree to refund me; however, the manager also openly admitted that they are selling one product, but not distributing it until they use up all of another, far inferior product. If they are doing this with mulch, what other products are they doing it with as well? Needless to say, I’ll be avoiding this store and going back to Home Depot where I should’ve stayed in the first place.

We had looked all over town for a deal on a refrigerator. We went to the Lowe's in Arlington where we waited 25 minutes just to get an associate to help us. They didn't have a fridge in stock. (No biggie) They said we could have it delivered but it would be $29. They couldn't have one delivered to the store because they couldn't tell the when the next shipment would be in. I asked if they could have one brought over from a different store. They said no and different even offer too call a different Lowe's to see if they had it in stock. I asked and they said sure but it'll be awhile because they'll probably put them on hold. We took the chance that Mansfield actually had the fridge in stock. We got to the Mansfield store, we were greeted as we walked through the door. We had an associate named, Will that helped us right away. He gave us all the information we needed, he answered our questions, waived the delivery fee and we were on our way. In and out 20 minutes. Thank you Will, you're the best.
