I’ve been coming here since I moved to Mansfield almost 3 years ago and when I was first going I loved it and then somewhere along the line the prices went up and the quality became mediocre so I started going elsewhere. Then one day my friend came to visit and wanted to get a Pedi together without having to travel far so she suggested we go here and it had been some months since I went last so I went and there was new management/workers but the quality had gotten better. Today, however, was the best 10/10 experience I’ve had since initially coming. I had the pleasure of having Samantha complete my pedicure and she was so beyond sweet. She told me about her life asked me about mine and kept pouring the wine ? but she was absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for someone who cares and is friendly come here and ask for Samantha you won’t regret it.

Requested style: The dip and polish for my always match unlike other places. The shape is how I request and thin like I like it, not too thick.
Cleanliness: Luxury Nail & Spa is always clean and kept up

Nothing luxury about the service I received. Went to get a pedicure and the nail tech ignored my request. When it came to working on my cuticles, I repeatedly told her that she was hurting me and to stop digging into my skin. She continued to ignore me, even pulling more of my cuticle & eventually leading to my toe bleeding. I looked at her in disbelief. Very disappointed & I should not have to leave with a sore toe. I didn’t get her name but this was very uncalled for
