(Posted to Longhorn Auto group as I was led to believe they were the new owners so that owner has responded)
Bought care on 11/30/2023 from their Texas Giants Auto as a safe car for my 17 year old son. Adam threw in a 2 year warranty and said he would put on new breaks across the street. We drove 2 hrs home and back the next day. paperwork took almost 4 hours, left with paper taped to car and receipt for down payment, were told all our paperwork would be mailed to us, which never was. We liked Adam and the lot. On November 1, 2024 only 6,ooo miles we drove in DFW with it, mechanic fixing noisy wheel baring called and told us this car was too dangerous to drive to frame and most components were rusted beyond replacement. He also said new pads were on right side and pads fell apart on the left side, were not new. on Nov 21 I drove to Ft. Worth from Granbury where I completely lost the breaks, had to have it towed home where Culler said they couldn't get parts and the expense were be too wild for the car to replace a break line that is broken in more than one place. Had it towed to another mechanic that said they repair break lines on Subarus. They have now told us it could take 2 weeks and upwards of $4-5,000 to repair and cannot say if the bolts and frame could handle removal of back seat and dropping various engine or fuel tank parts to replace the entire line.
At 56, I have owned 3 Toyotas with my husband and just sold my BMW I have driven 20 years. I love cars, take good care of them. Paid for the car fax and studied it on this car, had to get kids so didn't get an inspection like other times. 3 mechanics have told us this car will not pass inspection and there is no way, they could not have seen how completely rusted out this car was. Exterior and interior looked great.
I am only posting here so that the owner will contact us as I have called and left messages or talked with J---N a few times about this and don't want to have to employ a lawyer.
I am collecting the texts and mechanics statements.
Per your reply, please send the prior ownership information and I will be happy to remove.

Their business profile is still active and Jason is their point of contact, you just need to search for the business you bought the car from. We work very hard to maintain good reviews and customer experience and I do apologize you had a bad experience. You have been in contact with the correct representative for Texas Giants.
Leaving a review on a completely new and separate business due to bad experience with the previous one is not what reviews are made for, it just hurts the new business and owners who have no relevance in this issue. Apologies again for your bad experience with the previous business and staff. Please also note Jason is not affiliated whatsoever with Longhorn Auto Group.

DO NOT do business with this dealer. Called and talked with Jason about the 2020 Nissan Versa for sale. He told me it had a clean title but the hood had been repaired because of hail damage. Came the next day to test drive the car and it has several lights on the dash. I paid for an auto check to verify if it was a clean title. It came back that it was a total loss. So I lost gas, time, and money because Jason and his wife Frosta are the typical lying used car salesman. Stay away from this dealer.

I live an hour away from Mansfield and I haven’t ever bought a car so I kind of worried about going to TX Giants. I’m glad I chose them because they really care about their customers. Jason was quick to respond to me via email, text, and phone calls. He made sure my 2016 Kia Soul was ready to go. We heard a weird sound and he ordered the new belt and replaced it same day. He also filled up my tank of gas and filled my tires even after the work day ended. I’m so thankful to Jason and his team at TX Giants. I feel that they went above and beyond to assist me. I feel confident in my vehicle and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car with wonderful customer service.

Texas Giants is by far the best dealership I've had the privilege of dealing with. And Jason is the best salesman I have seen.

I picked up a U-Haul from here. Very easy pickup and drop off procedures, but be warned, if you order any equipment they won't have it. This place is just a dealership and not a independent U-Haul store. Still, 5 stars for ease of access!

Ty Henderson sold me an SUV in mid February, but after 32 days he has not transfered ownership of the car. I paid 100% with a check to the dealership. Today after I called to inquire why it was taking so long, he told me that I needed to bring the car back to the dealership for an inspection, even though I live 1.5 hrs away. The temporary plates are about to expire and he refuses to send new temporary plates, so I am being forced to bring it back soon so he does not have an excuse to delay the transfer of ownership, which I already paid for. I will post an update after I bring the car back.Update:The rest of the process went smoothly after driving back to the dealer, got the inspection and the licence plates. Ty covered the fuel for that drive; but, for most, time is more important. Customers shouldn't have to chase a dealer to finish the process. Why it took more than a month + several calls just to find out? Opt. 1) they didn't know; meaning they didn't even check, even after telling me that it was being processed, that I just needed to wait. Opt. 2) they knew but didn't inform me. On another note, Ty is consistent answering the phone and is available when the business is open. I wish this transaction would've been handled better.

After a long day of searching for a car in my price range I ran into Ty Henderson, Mr. Henderson was so helpful without being pushy. We told him what we were looking for and our price range and he gave us the list with an honest run down of each vehicle. He was very patient with us answered every question we asked . Very happy with my vehicle Thank you for all your help.- Reece/Jordan

2016 Chrysler town and country in the bag. Ty Henderson set a very friendly tone for my wife and I. We saw the mini van online and just went. Walked in and walked out with in two hours. Best car buying experience I've had... I'll be back next year for a car for myself.
