I don't understand some of these reviews. I've bought, sold, and pawned many things here over the years. If you're in a bind and call before hand, they have always helped me out. They may not have given offers on some stuff, but I can understand if it's not something they want or need. They have to think about turning a profit on items and not everything can do that. They have always been friendly and professional. I enjoy just walking in sometimes to see if they have anything I might want or need.
