Brandon did not have the items I wanted in stock when I called. After a couple of minutes he called me back because he had seen a store coupon online that I could use if I ordered. Item would ship directly to me in 3-5 days. Excellent customer service, I could get what I wanted and save some money. That works for me!

I went into the Mansfield store this morning to purchase a mattress. Brandon greeted me immediately and was very helpful and friendly. He made sure I was clear on the details of the warranty and explained everything . I was able to purchase exactly what I was looking for and I felt great about it after. I didn’t catch her name but there was a women working with him. They were a great team. She was also very friendly and informative. I will definitely purchase from there again.

I wS searching for a new mattress. Johnathan of Mattress firm, helped me out. He was great! I live in The area of Keene, Tx. I was able to go from a twin to a full, plus a new frame, and delivered to my house. For less than the price of the queen size mattress I was looking at, not to purchase, but just try it out. I am very excited, happy for a bigger bed!! Thank you so much. Mattress Firm.

Jonathan H. is an expert salesman that is very knowledgeable, friendly and knows the value of time. Anyone can lay on a mattress and say "I like this one or that one" but can you confidently buy one for someone else? Afterall, it's hundreds if not thousands of $ we are talking about.I wanted to purchase a mattress for my grandparents and Jonathan helpped me in the selection process. He asked me a series of questions and narrowed it down to 2 mattresses for my choosing. Within 30mins, I had my mattress and was on my way.For those wondering how I know my grandparents will it? You see, this is not the first time I've bought mattresses from Jonathan nor will it be the last. I buy mattresses from mattress firm because of Jonathan, not the other way around. There are 2 locations within blocks of my house but I choose to drive 20mins where Jonathan is at. Do yourselves a favor Mattress Hunters and ask for Jonathan H., he will not let you down. Thank you for everything Jonathan, you are the best!

The manager of the Mattress Firm in Mansfield, Brandon, really helped us out when choosing the brand we needed. He was extremely knowledgeable with all the brands, friendly, and Patient.Antonio and Abel delivered our mattress they took were patient, quick and very polite. I will definitely recommend going here for your mattress purchase.

Jonathan was wonderful! I went in with two beds in mind that I wanted to look at. I tried them both and they were not what I was looking for. I told Jonathan exactly what I wanted and he took me to my dream mattress. Once I described what I wanted, he knew immediately which bed to show me. His customer service was the best not only in the store but on the phone as well. I highly recommend Jonathan and the entire team at the Mansfield store.
