This is our 2nd time to use MB Carpet and Flooring for a carpet install. Today they installed carpet in both of our guest rooms. Blanca was so very helpful - from bringing samples to our home, setting up the install and coming by when the job was completed to do a walk thru with us. Communication was awesome throughout the process. A++ customer service both times we’ve used this company!! Would highly recommend! Installed: Dreamweaver Confetti - Color: Swing

I needed my walk-in closet recarpeted. Turns out it's hard to find installation for such a small job. I called MB carpets and they had a remnant and pad in stock that was available to be installed the next day. It was a perfect experience. I would recommend them.

We do NOT recommend. Called & was told installer would call me back to answer questions. Left several more messages. Never called me back. Went to GED's Carpet on 360 in Grand Prairie and had excellent and professional service.

We were very pleased with MB Carpet and Flooring. Customer service was excellent and the ladies were very accommodating and knowledgeable in what type of flooring would be best for our needs. Installers were professional and did a great job in a timely manner. Highly recommend MB Carpet.

I found MB Carpet and Flooring on Yelp when I was researching flooring companies to replace "old" basement and office carpeting in a new home we just purchased. We are new to the Hawthorn Woods area having relocated from NY. Any new homeowner is worried about finding competent, honest and reliable businesses/tradesmen. That is exactly what I found with MB Carpet and Flooring. Mike was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was brought out samples of the types of carpet best suited to each room and their traffic flow and was very knowledgeable while listening to my concerns with regard to wear and maintenance. He knows his products well and his pricing was reasonable and in line with other bids. He was so easy to work with, always keeping in touch with regard to delivery, install, etc. Mike is so trustworthy that we gave him our garage door opener and he did all the work while we were closing up our home in NY and before we moved in. The rooms came out so nicely and the carpeting is beautiful. I highly recommend this company and plan to use MB Carpeting for all my flooring needs going forward.

MB Carpets & Flooring, LLC demoed our entire downstairs and removed the carpet on our stairs. They installed brand new click and lock flooring and a brand new carpet on the stairs. The team on-site was very professional. They completed the entire job in 1 week. We are thrilled with how everything turned out. Pricing was fair for the amount of work. Kathleen was great to work with to start the project and the team on-site was just as great. I would highly recommend them to anybody in the area.

We had such a fantastic experience with Mb Floors! From the selection to purchasing and installation everything with more smooth than I could have ever expected.Process was also super quick! From first meeting to installation we didn’t wait longer than 3 full weeks! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful experience!!!!! What a waste of time!!! Not only did I have to visit and call 2 times for someone to get back to me....I had an appointment for MB to come out and they never showed up. I reached out about an hour after my appointment, and was told , “I’m sorry, I thought we got back to you”. They then rescheduled for the following day, and guess what??? No one showed up again!!! I reached out and no one responded as to why they left me hanging a second time. Looks like the company went downhill once it sold and they no longer need the business. I’ll take my business elsewhere!!!

Great customer service. They really value their customers. I recently had carpets replaced with a very good price. They were prompt with the order. There was a delay in our carpet choice. They were very kind to let us choose a higher quality option to meet the deadline. There was areas of the baseboards that were damaged during the installation. No problems, they came back and made it look like new again and on time before our tenant moved in. Overall VERY satisfied! Will definitely have repeat business and have all my referrals. I was referred to them by a good friend. Thank you!
