I've only been with Metro PCs for a couple of months, I'm already ready to go back to my previous carrier. I went in the store and ended up paying close to $160 to start up. Was supposed to be a free phone but sure didn't turn out that way. I then called customer care and they put me on unlimited data for the inconvenience & gave me a discount. I thought, okay that's nice. But then I tried to switch to another unlocked phone I wanted to use. I went on their site to switch and it forced me to choose new plan. So then they took the unlimited data away that they had given me a long with the discount. Plus the guy working in there is real dry ( meaning he acts like you're putting him out when you go in there for help) I don't think Metro is gonna be working out for me. There's much better options out there.

The employees working Saturday went above and beyond for customer service. They handled my phone issue thoroughly and professional. It was a stressful situation for me, but your associates were fabulous and extremely helpful.

Poor service worker kept on messing up prices and kept on bringing out the wrong phone. Didn’t want a bundle but did it anyway because she didn’t know how to take out the bundle. She also took forever and was on her phone the whole time

Just want to give a huge Thank You to the two young ladies that helped me with a problem on my phone. Gave them the breakdown and they were quick to help me with a solution. Thank you Anna and Shree!! Highly recommend this location!!

The worst rudest unprofessional lying disrespectful store ever been to in my Life today I experience the worst customer service in the world at the metro by T-Mobile store on Walnut Creek the two women in the store wouldn't even let me explain the phone that they sold to me did not work I was trying to bring the phone back either get a new phone or I wanted a refund but I couldn't even talk or even speak to even show them that on the receipt it says within 14 days you can return your phone these rude women have told me that was final sale lie...... I can not return the phone even though it says on their policy that you can return the phone within 14 days I haven't even had the phone 24 hours and it has been constantly giving me problems this situation is not over I will be reporting to corporate and I had documented everything I will be getting me my money back and I will be getting a new phone they mess with the wrong customer and they lost a customer but they don't care about that and they also steal money out the till when I call metro PCS to let them know the situation MetroPCS have the nerve to tell me that it was a charge where I gave them cash money and I never use cash money in that store that lets you know that whoever owns that store or whoever runs that store that their employees are stealing money!!!!! I will not recommend no one to ever step foot in this store!!!!!!! I have filed a complaint and I will be filing a lawsuit of what I have experienced today this will not be the last of this situation!!!!!! Oh and by the way do not try to call because whoever works there will pick up the phone and put the phone down and they will hang up in your face!!! and then when you get there they will lie and say that the store phone is broken to the store then they'll try to call the police on you when you're trying to return a broken phone!!!!!

Worst attitude and customer service. Ladies humiliated us for the simple question of which is the cheapest upgrade phone. And stated we have none the only once that are in stock are from $160-200, she then said we have a flip phone and smirched. We are in early 30s like really. You know which phones we're asking about!
