Faraz, i believe, was the gentlemans name who assisted my mother and I today.
As soon as we walked in we were kindly greeted! & he helped us reactivate my mothers phone. Probably the only time I didn't feel like a burden walking into a metro. He was very professional and attentive, Thank you for your help today š

Deceptive people, especially Jennifer. I got a new phone from the store a few days ago, and they assigned it a strange number I wasn't familiar with. When I asked if I could choose my local area code, they told me to come back later to change it. I asked for a receipt, and they said it would be sent to my phone, but I never got it. Every time I asked questions, they never gave me a straight answer.
I returned today to change the number as instructed and to get a free case they said I was entitled to. Jennifer took my phone under the guise of looking up information and completed a customer survey I was supposed to fill out. When I asked her what she was doing, she said something about trying to get my free case. I said, āIsn't that supposed to be the customer's survey? Why are you completing it for me without my permission?ā When I asked for the managerās number, she said she couldnāt provide it. She then told me that what she could do today is refuse to provide service to me. She gave me back my phone and told me to leave.
Very disappointed with this experience. This will definitely be reported to the appropriate authorities.

I popped in to purchase a device for a mobile hotspot since I would be traveling. Learned a few things that may or may not be true.
The single employee was a fast talking Indian guy. Really pushed the stereotype. Tricks you into purchasing additional items by omitting details and prices, making things seem included free of charge, gushing about deals/giveaways.
If you purchase anything, don't leave without the receipt. Even if they say their system is slow, printer is on the fritz, or you are going to get a receipt in the email. Don't believe it. They have a 24 hour no return policy and they clearly have no confidence in their product.

We love this store! Went in to get a protective case and screen cover for the tablet we purchased from this store a few days back. Angie was our professional helper? She was phenomenal! Nice person who helped us with all our questions. Very patient and kind! This store has a great team!!!

Best Experience ever!! Jennifer & Crew are a great team! Jennifer is a fantastic manager of the store. She went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Knowledgeable and patient with my wife and I.

Honestly the best service Iāve ever experienced with metro. The girls that work there (Angie & Jennifer ) were very helpful and understood what I was going for! Definitely giving this place 5 starts they deserve it, never disappointed! Thanks again

Tues 10.17.2023 Summary of recent events:
Sales Agent that I am concerned about is Jennifer
Metro Customer service told me to drive to the store so they could question with me the sales person who sold me my phone 30days ago.They wanted to know why did their sales person not disclose to me that when participating in their get a free IPhone with their services that it can not be unlocked for at least 180days.
The sales person told us that per her training she doesn’t have to disclose this to customers. When I and the Cust service rep from Metro professionally challenged her statement she became uncomfortable and erratic. Then shifted the blame on me saying that I was getting upset and she was not going to argue. What she didn’t realize is that the Metro Customer services agent was on the line the entire time hearing how I conducted myself and how she conducted her self. The sales person then told me to leave their store, then proceeded to ignore me and her own Metro customer support rep and refused to answer any of our questions all while in front of other customers. The Metro customer service agent asked her for the manager’s name and their contact she refused saying they don’t have a manager for the store. I believe she began recording me with her cell phone. The Metro Customer service asked for her name and she refused and confirmed that I was not yelling or being belittling nor difficult, confirmed that I was only in the store per their directions.
The Metro customer service agent was so apologetic and embarrassed how this sales rep treated both of us. She wrote up a complaint and escalated herself.
I am posting this as a consumer beware, hoping to get the attention of the manger or the store owner to please pull your store camera, please question this sales agent then reach out to me since you have access to my account and phone number.Thank you

I visited this location on 7/30/23 to get my daughter an Iphone. The guy working (I misplaced the paper I wrote his name on) was very nice, personable, and helpful. I rate him 10/10 for customer service!!

Ashish was FABULOUS!!! Came to him with an issue on my phone today 7/26/23 and he took care it. Told him that the last customer service person said it couldn't be fixed but he was bound and determined to fix it for me and he did!! He was patient with my explanation and was eager to help. Great customer service!! Took me longer to write this than it took him to fix!!

Sam at this location helped me with my mother's phone, was understanding and even made sure that it was working BEFORE we left. He agreed that things could have been handled differently with whoever my mother dealt with when her phone was locked. Thank you Sam, you should be looked at for a Manger Position with the way you handle customers even the ones that are upset! Thank you!
