Couldn't get an order processed and shipped for approx 6 months. Their system verifies everything and payment notifications get approved to you. They'll cancel your order because they won't accept credit cards but won't tell you that until you call in and transfer to a "credit department"Only likeable thing was the first person to answer the phone is nice. I am sure glad that I still deal with Mouser Electronics till this day. Only a very small hand full of companies still accept money orders, when it comes to making purchases. BG micro Electronics lost my business, when they stopped accepting a money order as a payment option. Also I can find just about everything I need in one place, and this place is it. Thanks Mouser for putting customers first.All I ask of you is to , never stop taking a money order as a payment option. As I have said in the past: credit cards always charge for order transactions. It's unfair that credit card companies charge for a transaction. Good thing is money orders are 100% free!

The return policy is terrible. They would not take anything back unless the packaging (and mouser label) is in pristine condition.Don’t purchase anything from this place unless you are 100% certain you’re keeping the product and not possibly returning it for any reason.

My wife worked for mouser. In the office. From the very first day on the floor she had nothing but problems from her team leaders. They would set around and gossip about other people that worked there. They were not nice people to work for. Very disrespectful. And if anyone went to HR they would do a investigation and nothing would happen. Because no one wanted those positions. Well my wife ended up with uterus cancer. She had to go through chemo and a full hysterectomy. And is right now doing radiation. They called her this morning and fired her. Said they couldn't hold her job that long. She is due to go back in December. It's October now. They tell you that mouser takes care of there employees. That's a lie. Would not recommend anyone work or do business with this company. Terrible people

Excellent place to go to for business needs or home projects. I didn't have to purchase a minimum quantity. I was able to purchase a couple of parts needed to fix my shifter assembly that was going to cost over $200 otherwise. The number of parts in stock is unbelievable. Staff is knowledgeable, and the level of customer service is second to none. Everyone was extremely patient and helpful. I will continue to try them first and recommend that everyone does the same.

Absolutely terrible. Without any due diligence they will label you as a distributor and cancel your supply line orders for products you build. They then make you wait weeks to prove yourself that you are then end consumer and involved in manufacturing and not reselling. I will never do business with them again and I really recommend no one else building a small business do so either. They could at least ask what you're doing.....before cutting off critical supplies as your tiny business grows. Basically forcing you to just get them cheaper from overseas and sending money outside the American economy.

Living somewhat close to Mouser, I went to the “will call “ counter to pick up a replacement for a 20yr old electrical part. I entered the guarded gate, parked and met Suzanne at the counter, who walked me through the process to locate and order my part. (I could have done this at home on the computer had I known what I was doing…). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I had my new part in hand in less than 20 min. Pretty amazing for such a huge company. Thanks Mouser! I’m continually impressed.

Misleading product descriptions and terrible prices. Needed to order some spare fuses and the listing on their website appeared to be for a pack of 10, so I ordered 2. I got 2 fuses, not boxes. $50 per fuse! Shop elsewhere.

When I worked there, I really liked it at first. In time you started seeing how things really are and on how to move up unfortunately. The coworkers were really nice. They do nice things for employees from time to time.The pay increase was quite a bit during my time there. Still low compared to other places doing same thing. I really dislike the way supervisors beat you down. You can never do good enough it seems. It's always your fault, especially when work is slow and cannot find a coordinator to get out time. It was very very stressful for the pay. The depression felt after leaving this place was scary. All i wanted to do was a good job but could never good enough. Dont get me started on how gross the bathrooms were...Maybe next place I work will make me feel more valued.

I have ordered on a regular basis 4 times i had issue 2 times was charged for a premium product but shipped a lesser product and on 1 occasion they didnt ship full order and refused to honor it I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DISHONEST PEOPLE THEY ACT CIVIL BUT THE END RESULT ONCE YOU PAY ITS OVER THEY DO NOT HONOR DAMAGE CLAIMS DO NOT HONOR MISSING PRODUCTS DO NOT SHIP WHAT YOU PAID A PREMIUM PRICE FOR THEN THEY SAY ITS THE EXACT SAME PART WHICH I KNOW IS NOT TRUE I AM AN ELECTRICAL ENGINEER 30YRS I HAVE WORKED IN THIS FIELD I KNOW WHAT PARTS AND QUALITY LEVEL THAT I PAID FOR ITS A SHAME WHEN YOU ARE TREATED WITH DISHONESTY ITS NEWARK AND DIGI KEY FROM THIS POINT OOH AND ARROW TOO . WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES ITS HOW WE REACT TO THEM THAT SHOWS WHO WE ARE 4TH TIME IN 1 YEAR IS ENOUGH FOR ME SHAME ON YOU AND I MAY ONLY BE A SMALL BUSINESS CUSTOMER BUT ITS ONE LESS THAT YOU HAVE NOW I WILL SPEND WHERE I AM TREATED FAIRLY
