Do not hire this company. They didn't show up on the day of our moving. Didn't respond to calls or texts. Left us stranded for the day. Had to experience the worst.Had to eventually go with another much better moving services.

Do not hire this company and you will have a great day. These people are crooks and will take many cigarette breaks. I had to help these people unload my furniture, just to get them off my property before something turned out bad. Anybody has a review saying anything good about this company must work for them or very close friends with the owner.

If we could give 0 stars we would. They destroyed our furniture 2 weeks ago and have not returned emails or multiple phone calls regarding settling it. Will, the owner, disconnected his phone and Amber has yet to return phone calls from either of her phone numbers. The movers did not show up on time and they got lost because they use their own phones and didn't charge them so their phones died. Also, their GPS "kept going out" which has NEVER been an issue and they were over by the Texas Motor Speedway. A job that should have taken max 4 hours took them over 6. We have not received any apologies, only excuses, including the weather and the movers "not being a good fit for us"- those were Will's words. Lastly, they incorrectly quoted us and the driver's didnt get much tip as it was paid in cash. The driver's had awful attitudes about that. If you value your furniture and belongings, don't hire these people.

These guys are great. They showed up not just on time but a little early which was expected because they called first. They took the time to go over my moving its entirety they showed me how they were going to be wrapping and packaging and protecting my furniture my TV's my computer and my glass tables they were just all around polite and seem like they really knew what they were doing. They also took time to disconnect my washer and dryer and hooked it back up at the new location. They also took time to reconnect my cable and sit all my furniture back up and my beds they also help real rearranged a lot of my furniture. They were just all around polite kind and understanding gentleman and well knowledgeable about the moves. I would recommend New Horizon mover to anybody.

Terrible company. Anyone know where the owners can be found? Former customer and they owe me for damages. Tarrant County searching for the owners as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. PLEASE DONT USE THEM. They were late for my move and when they arrived with my belongings my tv and bed were broken. I asked to speak to the manager and they crew that moved me decided to leave my belongings outside and abandon my move after I already paid. I had to move my own things into my home. Amber Pearson and William Stanley are bad business owners and I hope the BBB shuts you down. I will be going to small claims court. This was the worst experience ever.

Please do not be fooled. First impressions with this company were professional but after my move that is when the customer service ended. I have been trying to contact this company since Monday to have someone come and connect my dryer because the movers only plugged the dryer in but did not connect the vent. The bill the mover had was for $89 and thank God I had my email with the quote of $79. They charged $45 for fuel surcharge but after looking at my emailed confirmation it was suppose to be $35. The company emailed on Monday that someone was to come by to connect my dryer and I have not heard from them since. In fact their phone number now seems to be disconnected!!! And now my old apartment office has informed me the movers did not cut the water all the way off when disconnecting my washer and the apartment flooded!!! I am a pretty understanding person and my main issue is the lack of follow through and follow up!

The movers damaged the sheetrock walls and were not very professional. Have been trying to get a hold of these guys for insurance remediation for the damage and no response for 3 months. Not sure they even have insurance at all. I would think twice before hiring them. Plenty of professional companies out there who want your business.

Showed up 3 hrs late due to inability to properly schedule. Only 1 mover for 1st hour. Brought their children. Slow moving and lack of crew caused move to extend by 2-3 extra hours-at MY cost. Refused to return calls. Refused to give any refund for their mistakes. A nightmare!

Do not use this company! Very unprofessional. Competitive rates but you get what you pay for. Lots of damaged furniture. Not worth it!

WARNING: Do not use this service! After the horrible moving experience (3 hours late, careless movers, etc) I spoke with the owner as my 1 bedroom apartment move took 4 hours when it should have taken 3 maximum. The moving crew that showed up had no desire to move fast and after they packed my apartment which I moved a lot of the boxed myself, they took 45 minutes to get to the second place which was literally 3 miles away. After speaking with the owner he told me that his crew ended up abandoning the truck and that he had to fire all 3 movers. He also said he would make it right and send me a refund as well as reimburse anything that was damaged... This is the last i heard from him. Now two weeks later, no one is answering the phone or text messages as I have the owners cell phone number. I'm not sure if they are just ignoring me or just shut down the business, but either way this has been the most unprofessional service i have ever experienced. This company should be shut down based on their shady practices and I plan to report them to the BBB as it seems I am not the only one with these issues.

Do not use this moving company they are absolutely horrible!!!!!! 5 hours late to start my move. They didn't answer the phone for 2 hours when to address my concerns. Driver went to wrong address! Worst customer service EVER!!!!!
