Nurseries & Gardening in Mansfield, TX

“Great place! Definitely a new favorite!

We stopped by Calloway’s Nursery and honestly we could have spent hours walking around. This place is way more than just a typical garden center…it feels like a mix of a boutique nursery, outdoor inspiration showroom, and hobby shop all in one. The entire property was clean, organized, and full of healthy plants, flowers, trees, hanging baskets, pottery, seeds, and gardening supplies.

The selection was impressive. They had rows of colorful flowers and hanging baskets outside that immediately catch your attention when you walk up. Inside, there were walls of seed packets with a huge variety of vegetables, herbs, pollinators, and flowers. They also carried decorative pots and planters in all different sizes and designs and some of the hand-painted pottery was beautiful and really unique. You can tell they put effort into displaying everything in a way that gives you ideas for your own yard or patio.

One thing I appreciated was that the plants actually looked healthy and well maintained. Nothing looked neglected or dried out. Even the larger shrubs and ornamental plants outside were vibrant and full. The atmosphere was relaxing. It was enjoyable just walking through and looking at everything.

The staff was friendly and the whole store had a welcoming vibe. You can tell this is the type of place where people genuinely enjoy gardening and landscaping. Whether you’re looking for flowers, herbs, vegetables, pottery, birdhouses, soil, seeds, gifts, or just inspiration for your outdoor space, this place has a little bit of everything.

Definitely recommend stopping by if you enjoy gardening, landscaping, or even just decorating patios and outdoor spaces. This is one of those places where you go in planning to “just look” and leave with ideas for your whole yard.”

“Called local florists around me to get a special flower arrangement for my girlfriend. As someone with very limited flower knowledge, Kylie definitely helpfully answered my questions. And although the specific flowers that I needed (last minute mind you) was bought out by another patron, I would definitely come back to shop at this establishment! Thank you Kylie!”

“The Home Depot in Mansfield has become my go to store for materials and supplies. I work with many clients throughout the area, so I visit frequently for different projects, and I appreciate how clean, organized, and well stocked the store usually is. The layout makes it easy to locate the products I need, which is very important when I am shopping for multiple jobs. I especially want to recognize the lady who works in the tile department. She is always willing to help, has a wonderful attitude, and takes the time to assist customers in finding the right materials for their projects.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this location and continue returning because of the product selection, organization, and helpful employees. The only area that could be improved is having more associates available to help customers load heavy materials into their vehicles outside. Contractors and customers often purchase tile, flooring, concrete, and other heavy products, so more loading assistance would make the experience even better. Even with that suggestion, this remains my preferred Home Depot location, and I highly recommend it!”

“My favorite Home Depot in the DFW area. Customer Service is always excellent. Employees work hard to help customers. I ordered a door online and came to pick it up, and was helped immediately and loaded by a gentleman named Luis. He was very polite and helpful! I would definitely come back to this Home Depot.”
