I’ve had my dog for 4 months now and her first grooming went terribly! (At another location) the experience was a nightmare and I was so scared to take her to get groomed again. I recently moved to Mansfield and this petsmart was close by so I decided to give it a chance. Upon arrival I was greeted and introduced to Liv. She said she’d be the one taking care of my babygirl. She said it would take her the full 4 hours. It ended up being 6, BUT Liv called me and told me how Stormi was doing and that the reason it took some time was to truly get her used to being on the table and getting used to the blow dryer. I absolutely LOVE the fact that she was patient with her and made sure she was comfortable as well as me. When I picked her up she even stated that she would love to groom her again. Liv, THANK YOU for the amazing experience!! I will always come back for your amazing services!!
She also helped me put her new harness on :))

The grooming staff told me that my dog would be better off at the pound than with me cause he had flees that’s why he was there for a flee bath and a haircut and because he “smelled” like flee spray and said that if i didn’t come pick him up immediately they would call animal control to come get him will never be back i only went cause the lady who usually cuts his hair was there and then when i got there this morning she no longer works here and wouldn’t give me where she went to so i could move my dog to go back to her very ridiculous the manager wasn’t any better either will NEVER be back

Liv is absolutely the best! She is so sweet & did an amazing job on my babies hair cut & nail grind. Will deff be going back to her.

I had my sheepdog groomed by Heather R in Mansfield Tx. and I tell you she did an amazing job!!!! Luna came out looking beautiful!!! Thank you Heather R!!!!

Pet smart has been a great help to me for the years I have been here. They are always willing to help with questions and always have better quality than their counterpart. I get my fish, lizard, and snake food from them. I also llike the treatment of their animals way better as well.

We did the beginner dog training with our one- year old dog Journey. Genisis was our trainer and we could be more happy with the training program in Mansfield, TX. She was very knowledgeable, and patient. We will be returning for the intermediate class.

Tried the Bath and Grooming for our puppy and had a great experience. The pet stylist Liv made sure we knew what to expect and recommendations.

The Lake Worth location is like a best kept secret. If I can't find something at other PetSmart locations, this is my backup store. The workers are friendly and so helpful!

Service was just fine. I didn’t love it but fine. I booked for full haircut, bath and V package and unfortunately after waiting 4 hours they called me couldn’t do at all his haircut.

I don’t mind coming here to pick up things personally instead of getting delivery… Cashiers are always nice and with a positive attitude, have gone the extra mile to help a few times… much appreciated from me and my crazy dog ✌🏻
