Awesome ! My daughter has been great and really improved her communication skills it was really an easy transition if your kiddos never been in a school/daycare. Ms. Darby is always been kind, thoughtful and definitely is supportive of my daughter. She will be deeply miss, since she is no longer my child’s teacher . I just want to give you a shout out since you are most certainly appreciated!!!

My kiddo loves his teachers and his class. We are so grateful to have found this school! It's been a supportive environment to help him learn and grow, and everyone is so helpful and kind.

The teachers are absolutely wonderful. They are very caring and compassionate. My son has been going here for the last 8 months and he loves his teachers so much. I would have gave them 5 stars but they refused to prorate my sons last week even though his last day of his 2 weeks was before Friday. So if your child’s last day is mid week be prepared to still pay for a full week’s tuition. It kind of defeats the purpose of putting a 2 weeks notice if they make you pay for a full week anyways even after the end of the 2 week notice.

The staff at Primrose School of Walnut Creek are incredibly caring and attentive, making my child feel safe and happy. The educational activities and curriculum have helped our child learn and grow significantly since starting here. The communication from the teachers is great, with daily updates and photos that keep us informed about our child's day. It definitely puts us at ease knowing our child is in a safe learning environment.

Primrose of Walnut Creek,has been the absolute best choice for my daughter’s early childhood care and pre-schooling! Immediately upon entering the building for the first time I sensed a positive feeling of warmth and comfort from the staff immediately making me feel that my babygirl would be safe and well cared for during the time she would be there.
During the orientation hearing how thoroughly the school is devoted to step-by-step development of the children all-the-way up until the age of 5 is astonishing as they have delivered on everything that was told to me.
..and I get to see it for myself throughout the day as they share updates/details of my daughter’s day through the wonderful ProCare App! I see all the great things she doing and learning.
The staff has been especially accommodating for me and my unique situation. From the owner Mrs. Franklin,The director Ms. Smith,Ms. Guzman,My daughter’s teacher…they have all been so understanding,pleasant,and helpful to assure a successful experience for us. I can’t thank them enough! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
My daughter is thoroughly enjoying all of the awesome activities and extras such the soccer program they have in the curriculum.
I couldn’t ask for more!

We love the school and the staff here at Primrose Walnut Creek! Our daughter has been attending school here for 2 years now and we've had nothing but wonderful experiences since day one. The Franklin's, who own the school, have done such an outstanding job making us feel at home and welcome. We cannot say enough good things about the teachers that we have had during our time here! We are blessed to have them in our daughter's life!

We have been so pleased with our experience at Primrose. The curriculum is superior to any of the child care centers that we were a part of in the past. The teachers and staff are trained and sincerely care about their students.

Both of my children have attended Primrose. They are the best. I appreciate the fun and varied activities that they do with the children. They have allowed me to breath and relax, while away at work. Thank you all so very much for being family throughout all these years.

To the families who are looking for a family oriented care center, this is your new home. My daughter and I called Primrose of Walnut Creek home for some time. From the caring staff to the director Ms.Franklin. They truly care! We are no longer there and miss them dearly! ✨

When I find a great thing, I try to share it with everyone! Well-I absolutely love Primrose Walnut Creek. My daughter, who is now 10 years old, went there from the time she was 15 months through preschool. The facility was always nice, clean, warm, and welcoming, which is why we chose to return years later. Although we had an amazing experience there when she was a tot, I am actually writing a review based on the excellent care that is being provided to our 17 month old son. Recently, our son had been experiencing some respiratory issues and I can honestly say that the staff has taken every step to keep an extra eye on him and keep us informed. Our baby absolutely loves going to school each day! You can tell that he feels like he's part of the family there. I was having a hard time when he was transitioning from the infant room to the toddler room, but Ms. Smith made sure to take is slowly and do what was comfortable for me. She even allowed him to hang out sometimes with his previous teachers. Each afternoon, our son goes out of his way to make sure he says goodbye to the administrative staff, which is comforting because it shows that he is loved all the way around. I love the warm feeling that we are greeted with by Ms. Smith, Ms. Melgar, and Ms. Franklin daily. As for the teachers, OMG-we did not want to leave Ms. Hammond and Ms. Estrada's class. Even other family members (my aunt and mom) were in love with them! Ms. Lindsey and Ms. Holsinger were also excellent with our son. They would "borrow" him from time to time and he absolutely ate it up! He is currently enjoying his new class so much that I had to wait in the lobby for him to finish playing with and hugging his new teachers and friends. Luckily, Ms. Smith was there and didn't make me feel awkward at all! She kept everything friendly and professional, while sharing some laughs. If you want a facility for your little one that you can trust on EVERY level, I definitely recommend Primrose Walnut Creek!

Both my son and daughter attended Primrose the direction of Nadine Franklin, and we had wonderful experiences each time. The teachers are loving and made my children feel safe and secure. Both learned so much! We loved the extra creative days like Mr Music!

Do not send your kids here.. They keep kids out of ratio make teachers work with COVID forced employees to work during a winter storm it will be fired.. they allow other children to hurt your child even after a teacher states they need to be removed from other students.. Kitchen had mold.. Director was definitely aware and told if situations and she retaliates on employees please be made aware..she also makes sure ratio and mold was cleaned and handled right before inspections.. Your children are unsafe under this director.. She threatenes to silence you.

We love Primrose! My son is always happy and engaged when I pick him up. The teachers and leadership are so welcoming and friendly. I know my boy is in good hands and is loved and cared for. Highly recommend!
