My pedicure was fine, but this place is so dirty & not well kept at all. Very dated & not clean. Multiple TVs, but all very turned off. It appears that they’ve had water damage & decided to put cardboard up over the massive hole in the wall, instead of fixing the problem. The towels used on my feet were more like rags. Price was the same as other, nicer salons in Mansfield.

Ive been coming here since I was 12 and Today was the worst experience I've ever had with them. I will never come back. The woman argued with me and refused to refund my nails after doing the worst rushed job I've seen since I've been here. They disrespected myself my sister and my mom and offered nothing to compensate and continued to yell and complain at us(the customer). They couldn't care less about losing business either. $100 to get bad service yelled at stressed out and not even a sorry. I have never spent so much time and money in an established to be treated less than trash

This was my 2nd visit and I probably won't be back... which sucks bc my first visit was great. The 1st pic is what I wanted the others are what I recieved I tried multiple times it looked too opaque and she said ok and kept going...
I then told her that my thumb nail was crooked before she put anything on it .. like she glued it on crooked.. i told her 2 more times after the 1st and 2nd layer. She said ok and kept going so when she was almost done it still looks crooked she decided to file both my thumbs shorter to make it appear even. I'm just disappointed .. this was like my 4th nail salon in mansfield and each one either charges me crazy or hurt me or doesn't give you what you ask for... i tip well come when it's slow and try to get to kno my tech .. bc I prefer to be loyal to one... but gosh it's been really hard finding a nail home since moving here.

My new to go place. Peaceful when I'm there. 2nd time I go, but def not my last. My daughters and I will come back. The staff is so nice. Got a pedi and a good foot massage! Got the $55 most expensive pedi and I enjoyed it.

The owner was very sweet and professional. I let her do whatever she wanted and she gave me this beautiful set! Writing this review over a week later and they still look amazing!

I thought this would be my forever nail place. But after today’s visit, we’ll let’s just say…I will not be back.
I went in for a fill and pedicure. The older lady says no time for pedi, then called the nail tech on the phone to get here. Older lady insisted that all nails need to be removed- it was a new full set 2 visits ago. So now I’m soaking in acetone for 35 minutes. Meantime goo from nails is all over hands - doesn’t wash off. Still on hands now!
Tech comes in. Works on nails while she’s taking calls from family/friends (speaking in her native language). I asked her to clean up under nails. She smoothed out and beveled the tip- not what I asked for.
Meantime, 2 other ppl getting pedis by other lady. Tech gets off phone in time to take on another client. Leaves me sitting there. Only comes back to charge me.
