I helped move a customer out of here. Trust me the place is infested with rats and mice. All her furniture and boxes were filled with rat droppings! Beware. Don't say you weren't warned.

Warning: Do Not Rent Here—Severe Rodent Infestation
Before putting down a deposit, please speak with the facility staff and walk the grounds yourself. What I saw—and smelled—was unacceptable. There was visible feces and even dead rats on top of the storage units. The building appears hastily constructed, with an unsealed foundation that makes it a breeding ground for pests. This is not just poor maintenance—it’s a health hazard.
To make matters worse, the insurance they offer does not cover rodent damage. If you value your belongings, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. U-Haul offers cleaner, better-maintained facilities with more transparent policies.
This place is a rat trap—literally. Don’t risk it.

We were there for almost a year. Over the last 4 months, I have smelled a foul odor every time I visited the storage facility and a dead rat in my unit. I’ve complained multiple times and was refunded one month of rent bc of the dead rat in the unit a couple of months ago. I still see no improvement in pest control and took pictures of multiple rats at the facility. I’ve moved my items to another storage company. I expected more from Public Storage and disappointed in their lazy approach to resolve this issue. I highly recommend choosing a different facility for your storage needs.

It's secure even if it is a PITA to enter your personal security code every time you go in the door and up the elevator. Changing my review due to problems my son had. A pipe burst during a freeze, and the majority of my son's stuff got ruined, including his expensive mattressthat he had wrapped in plastic his sofa, and a few other items. He got 0 help from public storage, trying to do his claim. He had an outdoor the 1st floor unit. My unit was on the third floor inside.
They just kept telling him to contact the insurance, and I don't know that insurance has paid him to this date 7 months later.

Came and to pay my storage at another location and Sam was very friendly and very informative. I wish I had rented this facility instead of my current one. Way better customer service.

I go to this public storage and everything was very good. The place is clean and easy to use. Collins help me and he was very sweet. He explain everything nice and slow, and he make sure I understand. Very good service. Thank you

Samantha and Collin made the move in process VERY smooth & simple!! Samantha was always available and will to go above & beyond with communication and was very knowledgeable & sweet; she did everything with a smile. Collin was super nice & pleasant to work with as well; upon arrival he had everything ready & even went beyond without asking. He also did everything with a pleasant attitude & smile. Thanks PS for making the moving process easy for my brother and I!
