We've been renting here for about a year now and this place continues to go down hill. There are never any carts and the elevators have problems on a regular basis. Definitely not worth it unless you're on the first level. Parking inside to load/unload is always full unless you go at odd hours. I recommend going somewhere else.

I love the people that work here. Public storage as a whole is very disappointing. My rent more than doubled in two years. As far as the facility the elevator is broken some times and there are never any public carts for use. If I'm paying $364 a month where is the extra increase in rent going? You people should be ashamed of what you are doing to the customers that continue to pay on time and keep paying. No reason my rent went from 170 to 364 and facilities are substandard.

0 customer service. No one on site. The only "support" they offer is a call center that tells you just do everything on line and review the website for your questions. Definitely not how I treat any of my customers.

One cart for the entire building. 1,000 plus rental units and they expect everyone to share one cart. Also, elevators are a huge PITA to operate. Elevator door closes 5 seconds after it opens.
