GPS send me to another location...twice. it's pouring down rain. No way to reach anyone by phone!! Drove up and down 287 trying to find it but did not. I finally thought to enter restaurants near 990 hwy 287n and that took me to it. I was 20 minutes late so had to reschedule

The automated registration process was easy and straightforward. The phlebotomist was very cordial and friendly. They exhibited great professionalism and skill. Overall, the service was excellent.

absolutely the worst experience here with staff. they were rude and did not communicate well. unprofessional, talking about their personal lives instead of doing their job efficiently. do not recommend this location due to the employees.

Very poor scheduling you go in for a walk in and they can’t see you because they are fully booked than you have to call this automated number to schedule and when you schedule it doesn’t give you an option of what you need to be seen for it just schedules you to come in when you make it to your appointment they tell you that that you were booked for blood work . I was not there for blood , I’m here for drug test , they Scheduled me for 7:20 and they said they don’t start drug test till 8am so has to wait till then very poor scheduling

The doorbell is too loud, disturbing those who are waiting. The door slams too hard, which is even worse than the doorbell. Aside from these two issues, everything else is wonderful.
