My granddaughter and I just left Sally's and the staff was awesome and friendly.They helped us with all our needs and it was a great experience.We will definitely be coming back.

Came here after attempting to dye my own hair with box dye, I know!!! It came out auburn.. Amber helped me pick out all the products I'd need to get me to a mushroom brown!!! I did everything she told me to do and it worked!! Thank you Amber!!

This was my second time going into this store, I just recently moved to this area. The first time my daughter and I were not greeted or asked if we needed help, I did not find what I needed so we left. This time there were at least 3-4 employees and again, not once were we greeted even though I heard them greet the Caucasian lady that entered after my 5 yr old and I. I went to find what I needed, could not find it so walked around looking, passed two employees who made eye contact with my daughter and ignored her hellos. NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON ASKED IF THEY COULD HELP. I even made a comment to my daughter I could not find what I needed and still nothing, I love sallys my mother was a beautician and even worked for Sallys in the past. This really made me never want to go to a Sallys again.

I've shopped at numerous beauty supply locations and this is absolutely the best beauty supply store! The manager, Amber is a true professional. As a beauty pro myself, I appreciate her her attention to detail and the fact she knows what I'm looking for when I visit her store in Mansfield, Tx. Amber manages it with excellence. She is very personable with all customers and makes sure that her staff is too. With her knowledge and expertise, you will not just pick up some supplies, you will have a great shopping experience! Come and see! I highly recommend it to anyone. Whether you're working from home, hanging out, or you're social media savvy, your hair, skin and nails will be epic!
