I went to this location with my daughter this morning after shopping at Kohl's and we were looking for a mascara that has a very high rating, and the website where I found the rating, says it could be availed at Sephora. So we went through, though i would say it's not the most expensive brand there, but it says it's good, so I thought I would try it. The line at the checkout was building up, and this lady named Carmen was still trying to, I guess, doing retouch on her make up. I looked at her and she looked at me so I asked where I can find the Rare beauty mascara and to my surprise, she pointed at the area where i could find it, like she's shooing a dog! I never felt so belittled until that morning. I asked for her name, and I told her that her customer service was bad. I hope this woman's attitude towards customers will be addressed. Sephora's stuff is good, but if this is the kind of people who will represent the company, I don't think just having good stuff will draw people in the store.

Stephen helped me find a new beautiful brand of make up! She was so patient and kind to me. Very knowledgeable also. I left with more knowledge about the different concealer and how to apply also!

I am so happy to have a Sephora close to home, but I'm even happier with the staff at this location. I've been here multiple times and every person I've met goes above and beyond to be helpful and kind. The last time I went I was looking for a new perfume. I described what I was looking for to Elysia and the perfume she recommended to me ended up being the one I bought! She totally understood what I was looking for and I thought that was so cool because I am very picky with my scents. I get compliments on this perfume everywhere I go. All in all, I always have a great experience here and look forward to going back.

I was shopping at Kohl’s and stopped by Sephora to look around and I wanted to try these two products. A LM powder and a concealer I think it was from too faced. Elysia helped me get both samples and she was so kind and helpful. She explained to me how they can be used and gave me pretty generous amount even though they were both hard to scoop out the container. Definitely would go again just for her, she so kind and represents a perfect imagine of who Sephora should be like.

Came in here after returning something from Amazon and it was great ! I wasn’t planning on getting anything but I wanted my birthday gift so I decided to make a purchase. Diana and Arely helped me out and they were so sweet!

Always out of stock for a lot of products specifically Fenty brand. Employees are not knowledgeable on skin care or make-up products.

So y'all. That nice lady you see behind the counter was phenomenal. I asked if she could help me match make up to my skin color and when I tell you she was SPOT ON the first time out. She was absolutely amazing and so helpful. She made it so great experience. I haven't shopped makeup in forever. If you need someone to assist with great customer service skills and friendliness all around, that's your girl. Thank you so much for an awesome experience and for being so knowledgeable and helpful. ❤️❤️❤️

Happy we finally got another Sephora on this side of town. Unfortunately, the employees at this particular location don’t bother asking if you need their assistance or offer to help. Three employees this evening were busy trying on products themselves and not paying attention to customers unless they approached the register to check out.

Called to see if an item was in the store as it was listed on line for store pick up, and the young lady looked for it. It was available when I arrived. It wasn't exactly what I wanted, but thats all they had in stock. She and her manager gave me great customer service. They even complimented my outfit and how wonderful I smelled. Gave me a boast of confidence because it was a last-minute put-together get-up. Literally!!! 70's/80's party.
