Ramsey at the front counter did such a great job explaining everything for our home repaint project. He was friendly and super patient with all of our questions.

Long time Sherwin customer. This location has the worst staff working at any location. Waiting for color match over 30 mins standing while staff help other customers, who arrived after me. I’m a contractor and very busy and little things like this from a professional store is unacceptable in my eyes. Probably will not return to this location if I can avoid it.

I have ordered multiple times here and every time I receive an email stating the order is ready for pickup, I find they have not even started working on it. They are unapologetic as well when I point out the email was sent for pick up.

Just sat and waited for 30 minutes to check out 8 different peel and stick samples — choose to help other customers that were making larger purchases and not even checking us out in-between. Also only one person working on a holiday weekend? Very poor service — walked out without samples because I just couldn’t be ignored any longer.

They were able to match a paint sample I took in perfectly. The employee that assisted me was great. Signed me up to get the discount and emails regarding sales. The only reason not a 10 was the price for the small can of flat paint was so high, even with discount.

Stephen was very helpful! We came here to repaint our bathroom & kitchen cabinets, first timers- so we didn't Kyle anything! We just walked in and he hooked us up with a lot of knowledge! He told us what to buy and how to do it! They ran out of a color for our kitchen cabinets, so he told us to pick it up from the closest store, and they had it ready for us. Thank you Stephen so helping us! Our cabinets look beautiful! Can't wait to come back for our next project!
