My name’s Caleb, 12 yro, and I just wanted to say how much I appreciated Ms. Erika, the manager, cutting my hair. She did an amazing job and really made sure it came out exactly how I wanted. You can tell she cares a lot about her customers because she was patient, detail-oriented, and super dedicated to making sure I left happy with my haircut. Honestly, it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had at a haircut place. If you want someone who listens and makes sure you look your best, Ms. Erika at Sport Clips in Mansfield on 287 is the person to go to!

Erika is the Best! All I have to do is check in online, arrive, sit in her chair and she does the rest. The BEST PART is the shampoo, hot towel and message. She's been my stylist for 7 years now! I won't go anywhere else. I drive an hour just for her. Thanks Erika and thanks Sports Clips. Your customer service is like no other.

Everyone knows the relationship between a man and his barber is sacred. Yong is a true professional who is skilled at her craft; her experience combined with her personal attention to detail makes all the difference. This is my second time coming back to her and I’ll do so as long as she’s working. She is the first barber I’ve ever had to actually understand my needs and have the professional know-how to accommodate them to give me the results I wanted. Yong is damn good and should be the standard of how to take care of your customers.

Cesar was outstanding. He needs a raise and he needs to be manager. Best hair cut I’ve had in years. He did exactly what I asked for . What a rare thing to find at a haircut chain. I am going to stop going to the barber shop and switch to sports clips just for Cesar.
