St. Jude Catholic Church is a vibrant and welcoming community in Mansfield, Texas. The large and beautiful church building, which is just 10 years old, is well-maintained and reflects the care and dedication of the parishioners. The parish has a rich history dating back to 1898, and the current church building, with seating for 300, was completed in 1971. Over the years, the church has expanded, with the addition of a new rectory, parish hall, and religious education center. Mass is celebrated daily at 8:30 am, and on Saturdays at 5 pm (English) and 7 pm (Spanish). On Sundays, there are masses at 7:30 am, 10 am, 11:30 am (no music), and 1 pm (Spanish). The church also broadcasts the mass on 104.1 FM for those unable to attend in person. The atmosphere at St. Jude is described as welcoming and diverse, with a strong sense of community. Parishioners appreciate the beautiful statuary, the easygoing deacon and priest, and the thoughtful homilies. After the 10 am Sunday mass, the church often has breakfast items for sale or donation, fostering fellowship. I use their food pantry twice a month Not much more I can tell you about it. The people volunteering are very nice . They do go a little heavy on the sweets and breads, but who's complaining.

Beautiful church and congregation. Great public outreach with youth services and local food pantry. Not my Parish but I enjoy going when I do go.
