Kinda odd. Sat down, waited. Finally a waitress dropped off chips. No drink order. No menus. 3 waitresses in an almost empty restaurant. No one would come by. Went to to the front to ask about paying for the chips since we were tired of sitting there. Lady says, chips are free with food but you can just go. No apology. Really strange place.

This was our first time, and will probably be our last. Our rice was hard. The salsa was bland. And in my opinion, it was overpriced as well. The serving sizes were small as well, especially compared to most Mexican restaurants. The server was the best part.

So this was a driving down Main Street. Oh let’s go here type of evening. We did have a little something to celebrate, but it is always vibe to just find random places that you’ve never been before and just pop in which is what this was. So from top to bottom when we got in it was about seven-ish it was completely empty. No one was in the restaurant we were the only ones in there there were may be 15 or so minutes and then a family came in then two separate one tops. Now in my scoring, we of course had several different things but basically safe stuff that you know you’re going to kinda like we ordered a fajita platter a chicken quesadilla plate a six pack of tamales. They only had pork we had the loaded queso and sopapillas as well as a to go burrito the Jalisco, burrito I believe. All in all the server she was honestly great taking care of everybody by herself it was never a situation of there being food that was cold or not coming back to the table with something every time it was great she was amazing she was taking care of a dining room essentially of 10 people by the time everything was said and done, now the atmosphere. It was of course dead, but it didn’t give the vibe of your typical eatery you know where it’s at least a little something going on a TV, some music or anything going on the obnoxious family that came in while we were getting appetizers down was honestly the only yet disruptive thing, but it was some activity so from there the food itself. Honestly, we have definitely had better that we would in any other situation. If it were an option, this would not be it ever again but if you’re in a pinch and literally right There, there are still other options that honestly would beat them out just because on a whole fajita platter there were only three tortillas. Corn tortillas are already small so you would think that you would have a couple more but nope then on the sopapillas I understood that they were waiting on truck so they didn’t have any honey for them so that was understandable as well But then when it came to the tamales them only having the pork option God forbid I be one of those people that don’t eat pork that would’ve just like you know deterred me but honestly they weren’t the most flavorful either so that was kind of disappointing. When you know you can literally get them in certain areas out of the parking lot and they’re amazing now the fajita platter honestly, same situation. It was mostly onions. And the onions were all burned. None of the peppers that you would associate with the fajita platter were included. It was just all onions and maybe a half a cup of the chicken and the beef which may be standard for the size but that would make sense as to why they were only three tortillas when it came to the quesadilla. It was a pretty solid, safe option but they remind you of the quesadillas at like taco cabana you aren’t getting like a fresh fluffy big quesadilla like for instants you would find at los Molcajete, just for comparison, the rice and beans weren’t flavorful, but they were definitely solid. They travel well the next day vibe of everything definitely came together a little bit. Maybe it’s one of those it needs to sit in all the flavors coming together, but for the most part, it’s not a second visit for us, but we definitely Enjoyed the service. She was very sweet!Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible both in and outside of the restaurant

A calm relaxing place to sit back after a long walk around Downtown Mansfield. They have a patio with plenty of space for people to sit outside when the weather is beautiful. Just keep in mind to have patience for the waiters as they are a bit occupied when it comes to rush hour. The waiters are the best and I love their attendance and nice conversations, a perfect 100. The corn tortillas are homemade and are deliciosos. A plate i must recommend y’all is the “Chilaquiles de Pollo”, a must dish that you should try and you won’t regret it.
