This location has really gone downhill. Long lines at the two registers open, junk thrown around in every section and it’s a total mess. This Target feels more like a Ross than a Target.

My order for Airwick spray refills was quickly ready for pickup. In under 1 hour. Pickup itself was smooth, with polite and courteous Associates at the pickup counter.
Altogether, it was a pleasing shopping experience.

Waited well over an hour for drive up. I finally had to flag down an employee to provide me with my order after witnessing people who came after me in sequence be serviced before me. It was a total cluster.
I understand the holiday rush but management should be supporting their staff when they are clearly overwhelmed and over their heads. It made for a very frustrating situation.

Self checkout is the only option. Lines are very long. No registers open. They lost my business because I was not going to wait an hour to check out.

Needed better organization for Black Friday / taylor swift shopping today. The outside line was fine with the ticket system but once I got inside, it was not organized at all. The employee near the vinyl display was yelling at us to get in line which I did. She was getting frustrated and threatened to take them off the floor. I was waiting to give her my ticket, but then several people walked around the line and she let them give their ticket and cut. I was fortunate to get one of the last vinyls but other target locations had much better organization from what I saw on social media. See photo for suggestion on how to improve the process.

Need more lanes open. 1030 and only had 2 service lanes and 1 set of the self service lanes open... All lines like a dozen people deep. If you value your time, go elsewhere.

This location looks great from the exterior. There are some locations in the store that need work, such as mostly empty shelves in the deli and the book section. The ladies' clothing department had clothes on the floor. They do need more cashiers open as self checkout was a bit long.

Miss Lisa in the fitting room department was wonderful and helpful!! She helped me locate the missing swim wear top at another store and went above and beyond for me. With a kind and positive attitude even 30 minutes before closing.
