+1 star for the Mansfield branch. Via phone, it really is terrible. The IVR is brutal to get through - people whisper their messages while the hold music blasts through your eardrums. Messages babble information constantly and you just stop listening due to fatigue. Hold times are absolutely excruciating - plan on wasting a significant part of your day. Basically, if you have to use the phone (as opposed to visiting the branch in person) you're going to have a horrible time getting anything accomplished.

They hold half of your deposit for 7 full days! I own my own business and check my business account (not TTCU) and the checks I deposit clear the next business day! It happens with weekly pay checks, expense checks, etc. I have called multiple times about this issue. The only response you get is it is for "MY" protection. This is a horrible policy that needs to be changed.

I’ve been trying all day to get in touch with someone so I can pay my truck note and not only is navigating they’re horrible computer line on the phone annoying but it seems impossible to get ahold of anyone!

Worst dealings on a car loan that I've ever had. I was put here through a Chev Dealership for 2018 truck loan. Since paying this note off, it's been impossible to receive a payoff document, release of lien, etc from this company. Just today, I'm told your account was closed and there is nothing to forward to you. You can and I have done better!

This has got to be the worst bank I have ever used i will be closing my account btw if you ever need to file a charge back they will not stand behind your money I lost $544 because of this bank is worthless . And the customer service is absolutely horrible with the lies and bad policys Mario in card services could of cared less if I got my money back or not acted like he couldn't help me didnt know how to do his job .

3 months or so ago I had an overdraft, shortly after I sat with Melissa to take overdraft protection off of my account. I checked my account yesterday and I have 9 overdraft fees for purchases under 30 dollars. That should have never been possible after I took the protection away, and then of course they have no weekend hours at all to resolve.
