I waited a year to write this to ensure it's the best accurate review possible. The management here is excellent. The director, Theresa, makes sure the staff continues the healthy work culture which then trickles down to our children. They are always open to feedback and concerns and wanting to address them. I have high standards for my children and their care - and so does the management and staff. It's nice to know that someone else cares about the wellbeing of my children. I have been very pleased with their care here and the supportive environment which has cultured growth and development. Thank you staff!

My son has been there since he was 5 months. He had been at a different daycare before but I was not happy about leaving my baby somewhere all day and not seeing him so I loved that they have cameras. The teachers are so amazing! They helped him through feeding difficulties and always showed patience and love! I was very nervous about everything but Theresa, the director ,made me feel right at home. Everyone here is there to love and care for kids. Besides all of that the place is so clean and organized. I love that the babies can just crawl around and explore . My baby is now 18 months and is so happy . He is even saying his friend’s names . I am so grateful for finding this place.

This is definitely a secret treasure in Mansfield. Hands down one of the best daycares. My son has only been attending 2 weeks, but I am so thankful we found this place. It isn't just about the child, but the family as a whole. The first day I came for a tour I knew I felt at home and my child would be safe. Ms. Theresa (Director) and Ms. Meka (Manager) are so friendly and create such a clean and safe environment. Ms. Angela and Ms. Natalia are so sweet and I know my child is safe when I drop off. Once my child was secured a spot I told other mothers this is the place to be. Thank you Children's Courtyard for being amazing. 😊

This is such a wonderful daycare! My son started attending at 9 weeks old. The staff, especially Ms. Cheryle, were so attentive and caring. The facility is so clean - in 2 months my son only had a mild stuffy nose. They gave him his bottles on time every day and changed his diapers frequently. Highly recommend this daycare!!

Love this daycare, staff and management! My son was in this facility from about 6 weeks old until he was 2 1/2. We were initially admitted to this facility during Covid as we were waiting for an opening at the SE Arlington location (as that location was very close to us). Everything was wonderful and we were a little sad that the SE Arlington eventually had an opening and we had to leave.After a few weeks at SE Arlington, my husband and I felt that it just didn't compare to the Mansfield location! It wasn't anything in particular that made us want to leave the SE Arlington location, but more that the Mansfield location had already become like family in such a short time!The love and joy that the director Theresa and the infant teachers had for my son were incomparable. I was so nervous leaving my son as a first time mom especially during Covid times- but they showed me over and over how he always came first. There was never a time where I felt scared for his safety or that the staff wasn't 100% transparent with me with anything going on. Staff also took the time to check in on me as a new mom and were always very respectful about the decisions I wanted regarding my son- like when I wanted him to be fed and what/ how he ate. I was updated throughout the day what/ how often he was eating, how his naps went, how his diapers were. I was able to see him on the camera any time I wanted. All of this eased so much of my anxiety!Monica East, Ms. Sharon and Ms. Cheryl are the few of MANY wonderful teachers he had. These women loved and continue to love on my son. Even as my son grew older and graduated from the infant class- he would STILL go and give hugs and high 5s to his teachers and they are always excited to see him. I was scared for him to graduate from infant rooms but he was again met with another wonderful teacher in the toddler class- Victoria.We chose to drive 20 minutes each way, passing no less than 10 other daycares, to make sure he stayed in the care of these wonderful women. We were so sad when we no longer needed childcare from Children's Courtyard but they are first on our list to go to again if ever needed or if baby #2 comes along.Thank you Monica, Cheryl, Theresa, Sharon, Amirah, Victoria, and all the other staff that always pitched in to help. You are loved by me and my family and I am forever blessed to have known you. Thank you.

I love this daycare. My son loves this daycare. He chooses to do summer and spring break care here instead of the fancy camps, so take that into account. The director, Theresa, is the secret sauce. Hey corporate, I'm looking at you. She's your diamond. She loves my kid like her own. The teachers are great, the lunches they provide apparently put my cooking to shame. It's clean, structured and safe.Now, the one issue of note ... there is something funky with the sewage system here. I suspect it's the City, but you can smell sewage outside. Corporate needs to go BONKERS to get that fixed. Otherwise, top notch.

Love this daycare and am so appreciative of the care and teachings they’ve given my babies. We moved our 2 and 4 to from another local daycare and literally EVERYTHING improved. They were sick less frequently, they’ve learned SO much, there’s a live stream camera in all classrooms and communication is on point. Can’t recommend them enough!

The lack of professionalism at this specific center is very disturbing. After many phone calls to make sure that the start day of my child is smooth, Ms Ashley fail to notify our family more than twice, causing us to have to make last minute rearrangements. Yet nobody offers an apology or a fix to the enrollment. I don’t know how often things coincide, but postponing the start date of my child twice for the same excuse that the teacher quit her job on Friday seems very odd. But thank you for wasting my time.

I visited this daycare center several times before enrolling my daughter. Each time there was something that kept drawing me to this location. We finally enrolled and I am so happy that we did. Theresa and her team communicate well. There is never a time where I feel that anything is being hidden from us as parents. We are notified of the good things and when there are opportunities, along with the actions being take to correct them. My concerns are always handled in a timely and professional manner. I can tell that the teachers and staff really show they care by the way my daughter responds to them and speak about them. I am so happy we decided to become a part of the Children’s Courtyard family. Yes, family because that is the way they make you feel. Keep up the great work CCY-Broad.

We have enjoyed Courtyard from the beginning, caring for our little one since she was an infant and ensuring she receives the love and safety we expect. The director, Ms. Theresa and staff have always listened and made you feel welcome when you drop off and pickup each day. I’m grateful that my family are able to say we found a daycare that we trust. It’s been a very humbling experience with Children’s Court. We have had two children ages 2-6 to attend within a 3 year period who are still enrolled. The director Ms Theresa and staff have gone over and beyond to keep both kids safe and well on schedule with their development needs in these important years. We are able to view the cameras through out the day to see the welfare of the kids and the interaction of the staff and children. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for care for their little ones.

VERY skeptical and disappointed the first few days, but with fabulous new directors, Lyndsey and Jennifer, it's really coming together. Communication is improving by leaps and bounds every day. They not only really actually listen, they respond! My sons love their teachers, love school, and I'm looking forward to a long rewarding relationship with Children's Courtyard.

Three of my children has attended CCY for over a period of 6 years. I can honestly say CCY is our second home and I really do not know what I would do without the Director Theresa, and managers Meka, Whitney, Nikki; to include, the rest of the CCY staff. CCY is literally a second home, not a business. Nothing is ever an issue for them when it comes to the care of our children and the peace of mind of the parents; no favor too big, no concern too small. I actually get emotional knowing that my son has only a couple of years left at CCY. Every morning when I drop off my son I have peace of mind that my child is cared for, he is safe, he is educated and he is loved. And to me that is worth every cent.

My son goes here and has been for about 6 months. They are all very nice and attentive! Anytime there is a problem or issue they resolve it immediately. My son enjoys going there and loves his little friends he's made. This is our first daycare type experience as a toddler and I'm thrilled that he is enjoying it. I am grateful to have them caring for him!
