Took my Oakley watch in because the stopwatch wasn't working. He said it would be $25 to fix it and $35 for a new battery. 2 hours later it was ready . Picked it up was working great and had been cleaned. With a year warranty. Very happy with Service .

Does of a pocket watch in April, was told 4-6 weeks to get parts and do the refurbish. Got one call when the first looked for an estimate. Called on July, still hadn't been touched. May have waited another 5 months if there had been any type of communication. Not sure if they just forgot about it or what. But got tired of waiting and finally came and just picked it up today. I get parts can take a while, but 5 months with no updates? Terrible customer experience.

I’ve been a loyal customer for at least 10 years, back when they were at a different location on 157 (Cooper). Ivan has the most best side manors & is generally a great person & their work is amazing! Their jewelry repairs are precise & their pricing is very competitive & can’t be beat: Repair location/s… where was the repair, pieces look new, customer service is phenomenal, pricing is affordable! They can customize pieces for you & they are mouth dropping gorgeous! Thank you Ivan for being my right hand man for all my jewelry repair needs, batteries for our watches & custom made jewelry!

I had such a great experience here! I went in to get my watch battery replaced, and they were so helpful and quick! They genuinely care about making sure your jewelry is taken care of and inspected for any other problems, as well as cleaning it. Would definitely recommend if you want you want your jewelry in safe and caring hands!

They repaired my grandfather's Rolex and replaced glass with crystal and polished it and my movado. All looked great and at a fair price
