Top tier customer service. Brenda is absolutely amazing. They do offer to let you borrow a moving truck for little to nothing, and they have an easily navigatable facility.

Really glad I found Todd’s in Mansfield. Staff is incredible. Always prompt with contacting you with any changes or situations on the property. Brenda is always available if you have questions or an issue on property and handles them quickly. It’s nice to find a place that still has a small town feel.

I’ve had an amazing experience with this storage facility. Particularly Brenda. She’s always helpful & quick to answer questions. The place is kept up nice and tidy, and I don’t worry about my ‘things’ being in their care. I highly recommend Todd’s Storage to anyone and everyone that is in need. Plus the pricing is better than any other facility around.

Brenda is amazing to work with! She was so helpful in getting us a unit and the moving truck scheduled! Our unit was ready on time and clean and the moving truck was a great help to us. I’m glad we chose Todd Storage and they are lucky to have Brenda on staff!

Beyond 5 Stars , Brenda and Mandy are the best!! I was in need of a storage unit for my boat and they recommended the RV space which was the best accommodation, both ladies were always willing to go above and beyond. This is the type of customer service that needs to be a blueprint for every business thank you both!!

I have had my everything at this storage for 3 years now . Here is the best storage in the whole state . And I consider myself an expert after having storages for the last 18 years. This is the best company with its wonderful manager at my site Ms Brenda.They treat me as family they have stood by me during my darkest hours ie. my husbands heart attack,my medical problems COVID everything.I have not had any security problems or rodents and they have not jacked up my payments . I couldn't give a higher recommendation ,once again they are the absolute best.

I am very pleased that I chose Todd’s storage. The location is very convenient for Mansfield. The unit was clean. Never saw any critters. My unit remained dry. The office staff is super helpful. I will definitely use them again.
