Gone down hill lately. Make it difficult to work with them. They say they call your doctor but on numerous times I ended up calling my doctor and they had not gotten any messages from the pharmacy.Text message notices are nice but expected these days.

This pharmacy is not managed correctly. In the last few months they don’t have my prescriptions in stock. I have had to wait up to 2 weeks to get one. They will also tell you they will have your prescription ready in 2 hours without even checking to see if it is in stock and guess what. When I called they to check on the status. They apologize and say we don’t have it in stock. Don’t go here if you need a prescription any time soon. Bad management needs to train their employees to be honest not just say anything to get the customer off the phone. Go to a big chain pharmacy if you need your meds quickly.

Never ever buy wines from this store. Half of the time they are spoiled. And, they will not exchange them. Period. Buyer beware. Take your money elsewhere

I came to this Tom Thumb because they were the only ones that had my medication, I’ve been waiting since 1:30 so I came at 3:30 and explained to her I’m a lung transplant patient and I haven’t had my medication today and that I was in pain she said you gotta wait another 45 min, the tech look at her said she has to wait, I’m the customer and I’m here!!! The worst customer service ever , showed no empathy at all she needs to be retrained, I’m on anti rejection drug!!! I believe she did it because I was black!!!

I have tried to have prescriptions transferred 3 times to this pharmacy. The first two times were for my husband. Unfortunately the unprofessional girl I spoke with on the phone was less than helpful. She said the prescription they "pulled" from online was expired and I needed to contact the original pharmacy. First,this was a brand new prescription. Not expired. I got it last month and it has 5 refills. Second, you can't call your pharmacy and say hey transfer this to a different pharmacy. It doesn't work that way. The new pharmacy has to contact the current one. I called the current one and they said nobody ever called and that yeah Tom Thumb would need to call them for the transfer. Called Tom Thumb got the same girl and she was rude again. I asked to speak with a pharmacy manager and was shocked at her total lack of caring that her employee was rude and incompetent. It had been a few months since the last rude encounter with her. I eventually said nevermind I would rather pay a higher price to a good pharmacy with ethics than a lower price to a rude and incompetent pharmacy who could care less about their customers.

Charged twice and we even went to the front desk and had to leave our items in the desk. Not going back ever. Bad. No help. We even showed them the bank transaction on our phone. Added to the story we had to call the bank and spend 30 minutes on the phone trying to void the payment. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with Tom Thumb HQ woth no help. Rediculous. Never going there again. And telling all my friends not to either. Plenty of options out there.

I ordered a couple of items for delivery to see if they could compete with HEB and Kroger. Epic fail. Jack Daniel's baby back ribs were 7 days beyond the use by date. Today is the 24th, use by is the 17th. I'm not eating refrigerated pork 7 days out. I'll update this review once we see how they handle the $37.98 refund.

Gross. Wednesday, January 12th at 5:12pm - one of your deli/ hot foods KID EMPLOYEES was vaping. LIKE SMOKE COMING OUT OF HIS MOUTH. The three other disgusting and unprofessional youth were standing by as I made eye contact with him. Put all my food in the cart back. My family will not get food touched by them or their vaping odor. Check your cameras. What a joke coming into this dirty place. Health inspection.

The bakery in this store has REALLY gone down hill!! Enough that I have officially picked up the last piece of dessert I will be getting from this place! First, it was the extremely undercooked cookie cakes we were getting that you could literally re-roll into cookie dough balls!! Then it was me going to pick up one of my kids cakes and the topper was broke by the lady behind the counter and she still tried to give it to me..... turned out there was several more in the back for replacing!!!! And now this latest time! Not only was the edible print crooked on the cake, the edges looked lower than the rest of the cake. Once we cut into it you could see where they compensated on missing cake with icing! Not to mention the whole pic was bleeding pink!!! Really disappointed!!
