This store has good quality produce and one of the better grocery bakeries in town. It loses points due to it's subpar deli. The staff are slow to respond, slice the wrong cuts of meat, and can't tell the difference between a fourth and 0.4 of a pound.

My wife and I shop at Tom's, Aldis and HEB weekly for different items. Tom Thumb is thr most expensive. Their product are marked up 5-20% more than thier local competitors. They do this so you can get a normal price by being a member. Either way it's a bad trade. Prepared foods are bland and not worth the cost. The selection is good, have yet not to find items I want and the service is friendly and willing to help.
Can't blame inflation when your local competitors are much cheaper on the same skew. Need to up you game on prepared food with HEB in town, considering that should be your best margin.

I have been coming here for years. this store is always clean and organize compared to others locations. the staff makes you feel welcome. they are very friendly and helpful. Also they have fresh produce , meats & fresh baked bread. I will keep coming back .

App and website are never right on inventory. Bullshit when you drive 30 minutes after checking confirming they have it and you go there and no they don’t and have no idea what you’re talking about. No wonder they are slowly disappearing.
