I got my nails done here a couple days ago and I was so excited bc of the good reviews but my nails have only 3 days on and the glitter they put is so ugly now it's all fallen out and my nails just look ugly I think for $80 they should've lasted longer and looked better.

A friend showed me this place and I've only been a few times but every time I go I always have the best experience! The pedicures are so relaxing and the manicures I get here last for WEEKS! Nothing chips, breaks or falls off. Highly recommend this place.

I searched Google and went with this salon based on good reviews , they said to go to Loanne so trusting her I called and scheduled a walk in appointment. Immediately I was greeted with kindness & patience. Loanne is so sweet, before going to her I have never had someone do my nails as amazing as she's done the nails shape is exactly how I wanted it and very sharp, and she can do designs exactly as the picture and more . Loanne is now the only lady I will go to for my nails and will be recommending her to anybody needing nail services. Thank you Loanne!!

My daughter has gone to this salon regularly. Her normal tech was not there. A man that did not speak English very well, was going to do her nails. She asked for a specific look from their IG page. He was rude to her repeatedly. Saying things like "yeah I heard you the first time, rye rolls, then got mad after she asked another tech who she knew had been there a long time. Surprise, they had it. He the decided to pop off and say you didn't believe me, want someone else to do your nails then?? So she said yes, they made her wait almost 45 minutes with an appt. This man was very rude and condescending. Seems like he's just a misogynistic pig to me! Do not go to this nail salon they hire men who obviously hate women, he didn't seem to want to take her. I will be reporting him, if his license is even real, if not I suppose he will be investigated further by Immigration services. Be polite. It's the service industry. If you don't like your job quit. Otherwise you get people like me who don't take kindly to treating their kids like shit.

I am moving to Mansfield so I wanted to find a nail salon in the area. Made an appointment with Loanne because of some pictures I saw of her work. She did not disappoint! I absolutely love my nails and appreciate that my cuticles look healthy and not cut up and ragged! There's is nothing worst than paying $60 plus dollars for a service and leaving with uneven, think bumpy nails. This is the first time in years, that I have left a nail shop feeling satisfied with the service. I will definitely be back.

I went to Top nails and they were very nice however, it took sooo long and I wasn't happy with my nails. They are so thick, chipped, and not smooth on top. I also felt like I was holding my breathe the whole time. It smelt so toxic in there it gave me a headache! Don't recommend!!!!

Love love LOVE my nails from here! Super clean, kind, & fun people. They take the time to do the perfect shape, even asked how thin/thick I prefer my set, and did the design exactly how I imagined it! Definitely my new go-to salon!

Loanne worked on my nails she did a wonderful job doing my fill. She treated me with great care and was super kind and pleasant to conversant with. The whole staff was super professional and I definitely will be back to get a mani or pedi. She also did the designs on my nails from scratch she's an amazing artist so everyone check out Loanne at Top nails!

Called ahead. Asked if I could come in around noon for a pedicure. No problem. Got there at 12:10. There were 2 people in chairs getting their nails done. 1 waiting in front of me. There were 2 employees. They sat me in my chair at 12:15. At 12:30 they asked if I wanted a water. I said sure. Nothing. At 1:05 apologized again. Asked if I wanted a water. Sure. Nothing. Finally at 1:20 she started on my feet. Asked if I wanted a water. I said sure. Nothing. Apparently sure means no thanks. Finally left at 1:55. Very mediocre pedicure and never did get a water. First and definitely last time I go here

Made an appointment to get my nails done with Loanne @ 10am... she started right away. This was my first time there. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she took it from there. She did an awesome job on my nails. I'm so happy to have found her... I highly recommend Loanne. I went back the next day and got a pedicure with Amy. She did a very good job... I was so relaxed and the soothing music almost put me to sleep... lol I will definitely be back...thanks

hate my nails. ladies left them thick and short, i came in here with my nails long. i asked for file only! and they filed them wayy too short! don't recommend this nail salon at alll! they took 2 hours to do my nails it was only dip! it shouldn't take this long for dip

This week I was pleasantly surprised to know Loanne was back in the nail salon and working. She has been missed..she is such a joy to be around. Her work speaks for itself. I wouldn't want anyone in the salon, but her to do my nails. She is so talented and down to earth. She always delivers and exceeds my expectations when it comes to the latest designs in nail care. The environment was calm and wasn't busy at all. I was surprised because from 940am until 12noon , I was the only customer. I haven't been in a while, but since Loane has returned, I will begin coming more frequently

So I came here when I was new to nail stuff...and to be honest I still am. I had gel nails on and have never had them removed before...would just let them fall off naturally. This time one of the nail techs said they would remove them for me for free. I thought that was very nice of them. The lady took some tool and would just start quickly peeling it off. It hurt my nails and left them damage. I would wince and hand shook from the pain. I should have spoken up but thought this was how gel nails were professionally removed. I later told my friend about it who used to work in nails and she said that is not how gel nails are removed and they should have soaked it/wrapped my nails with some acetone and foil or something...not just peel it off. I have never been back to them and it's been a few years. Just wanted to let others know and also let the nail shop know.
