This is my favorite Tractor Supply! The manager. Zenon is AWESOME, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable! As long as he’s the manager, I’ll be back to this store every time!

I usually go to the Midlothian location but went to Mansfield this time because I was in the area already. I had to get A LOT of big bags of animal food (dogs, goats, rabbits, chicken…etc). The only rolling cart that was available was very hard to move around, even before I had anything on it and after my cart was full I was struggling getting it to the front to check out. The cart wouldn’t move in directions I was trying to go and bags were falling off. There were several TS workers just standing around basically watching not offering any help. Eventually a CUSTOMER, who was on his way out, came and helped me get the cart to the checkout and even helped me get it to my car AND helped me load it all up. I was disappointed that the younger EMPLOYEES who weren’t doing ANYTHING just stood around while a, not old but definitely older gentleman, who did not work there, came to help. (THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART TO THIS GENTLEMAN) I definitely won’t be going back to this location. Teach your employees to help when they see, not just a women but any customer, struggle needing help.

I go to this store often for my needs. I don’t have any complaints other than store hours on here need to be updated. It says they close at 8pm on Sunday but the store sign says 7pm

I've tried my hardest to support this store but I've finally given up. Staff are absolutely useless. I called tiara in customer service and asked to speak to the regional manager, never got a call back. She even refused to give me the name of the regional manager. I'd suggest people go elsewhere if they want proper service. Regrettably I'm going to just buy online.

On a Saturday not having enough people to waited for over 45 minutes for some a bag of scratch you need to make it more. You need to make it more accessible for customers to pick up their scratch outside also because employees take way too long.

Would give one star if I could. I wait 45 mins, asking every 15 to send someone out to propane, just for them to say "we are not doing propane tonight sorry" and close the gate. A bunch of lazy ass kids working here. Management sucks. Come here if you want to waste your time. Sorry ass place.

Don’t go to this location if you need propane multiple times i have been told yes there is someone here to fill your propane we get there and they have just left what i just asked they are supposed to be there till 4:30 we get there at 3 something and they are gone not good business then the manager i just want to let you know and you are a jerk i understand you don’t have your license but don’t be a jerk thanks i will go somewhere else for all my business

I've read your reviews and am wondering if I should even bother. Plenty of complaints/bad reviews about everything. Some of these reviews were over a year ago and haven't been corrected. Seems that the owner doesn't care? Anyway, Propane. I've been to and called Mansfeld store over several days in the 2 months we've been here (about 8 times) to inquire if they had propane. Half of the calls said "out of propane" other half "no one certified". We are full time RVers so we rely on refill stations. Very disappointed that I have to travel farther due to owners laziness to get his employees certified.

Poor customer service, I asked for some assistance and waited for help that never came. I also wanted a cattle panel cut in half, as I have at another location, and they said they couldn’t do it,(I would have to purchase cutters and do it myself) . Lost business.

When I arrived an employee Xen (I hope I spelled that right) who was working outside saw me and my condition he was quick to call & get someone inside to help me right away, then I met sweet Kim she was more than helpful to check me out & carry my dogs food to my car.Great company and customer service!!!
