Would give one star if I could. I wait 45 mins, asking every 15 to send someone out to propane, just for them to say "we are not doing propane tonight sorry" and close the gate. A bunch of lazy ass kids working here. Management sucks. Come here if you want to waste your time. Sorry ass place.

Don’t go to this location if you need propane multiple times i have been told yes there is someone here to fill your propane we get there and they have just left what i just asked they are supposed to be there till 4:30 we get there at 3 something and they are gone not good business then the manager i just want to let you know and you are a jerk i understand you don’t have your license but don’t be a jerk thanks i will go somewhere else for all my business

I've read your reviews and am wondering if I should even bother. Plenty of complaints/bad reviews about everything. Some of these reviews were over a year ago and haven't been corrected. Seems that the owner doesn't care? Anyway, Propane. I've been to and called Mansfeld store over several days in the 2 months we've been here (about 8 times) to inquire if they had propane. Half of the calls said "out of propane" other half "no one certified". We are full time RVers so we rely on refill stations. Very disappointed that I have to travel farther due to owners laziness to get his employees certified.

Poor customer service, I asked for some assistance and waited for help that never came. I also wanted a cattle panel cut in half, as I have at another location, and they said they couldn’t do it,(I would have to purchase cutters and do it myself) . Lost business.

When I arrived an employee Xen (I hope I spelled that right) who was working outside saw me and my condition he was quick to call & get someone inside to help me right away, then I met sweet Kim she was more than helpful to check me out & carry my dogs food to my car.Great company and customer service!!!

After owning a retail business for 40 years we know customer service. The worst ever. Showed the ad to the employee and she said she didn’t know the price cause she didn’t make the signs. It got worse. We just walked out.

We had a wonderful experience at our Tractor Supply!! Kim/Kimberley was phenomenal! We had called to make sure they carried straw to use for our outside dog/cat houses in order to prepare for the severe weather and Kim took the initiative to set the last bale aside for us! We didn't even have to request it of her!! When we arrived Jose went the extra mile and checked everywhere but couldn't find any straw so he made sure we knew a truck would be arriving in two days. As we were leaving Kim appeared and asked if we were the ladies who called and brought us the bale she had saved!!!! That is definitely a wonderful experience and we will definitely return to our Tractor Supply now for all our pets supplies and our outdoor equipment! MANY THANKS TO KIM AND JOSE!!!

Great Black Friday pricing on some items. Horrible experience with pickup. Xenon the manager was very rude and condescending. This is my first time at TSC, but not my first rodeo with order pickup at retail. It was like I didn’t belong. I’ll go elsewhere for my shopping next time.

I waited in line for 20 + minutes to get to the front of the line and be told by the clerk that she has to go now and for me and about 8 other people to go to the other line which also had a lot of people in it. She should have finished the line and then left. I left my items and purchased them elsewhere.

Don’t get me started. Last year, all locations ran out of fireplace pellets. So when I saw they had inventory at the beginning of October, we rushed over with the truck, ready to buy 10 bags. We walked the store, couldn’t fund them, so we asked the clerk. She said they had 200 bags in the storage shed and to call back on Tuesday because they were supposed to stick the floor with it Tuesday (this was Sunday). So we call back, still not unloaded. They said they’d call. No call. So I figured I’d try to put an order in online for pick-up, figuring hey, when it unloads, we’ll already have our stuff. They cancelled the order after 2 days with no explanation. Wow. Okay fine. Log online 2 weeks later - all sold out. Everywhere but another location way up in Fort Worth. Pretty disappointed. Then the ones we got is Tractor supply brand, the only brand they gave, and they burn twice as fast.** here we are, 5 years later. STILL the same problem. Every. Year. Why? Why does this location ALWAYS list they have wood pellets for pellet fireplaces but NEVER EVER EVER have them? Off to the country we go to a GOOD Tractor Supply store ????

Drive 35 minutes to purchase a safe and was told upon purchasing that they didn't have anyone Fork lift certified on staff. What a joke???

I had a problem with an online order, so my complaint was really with corporate, not this location. I needed something and the website description was inaccurate and I ended up with less than half of what I thought it was ordering. But within two business days, they made it right. I have deleted my original comments and tasting and replaced it with the current status. I applaud their efforts to do the right thing.
