I went in looking for a new foundation and planned on being there forever swatching shades. Jaime approached me quickly and assisted me with color matching. He did a great job explaining the formulas and found me a great match. He has wonderful energy and saved me so much time and effort!

Ashley needs to be fired! She lies, schedules appointments without client notice, then tries to blacklist them! She also damaged my hair. What should have been a 3 hour service lasted til 9pm. Definitely book another stylist or a different salon: I always go to ulta and she’s the only one I’ve ever had an issue with.

I’m very disappointed with the experience I had at this Ulta location. I had booked an appointment with an Elite Stylist one week in advance for a full highlight at 4:00 PM. I specifically waited for this stylist’s availability, only to be told on the day of the appointment that she was no longer available. They offered to rebook me with a regular stylist, which I agreed to — despite the inconvenience.
They rescheduled me for 1 PM, but since I had taken a half day off from work, I requested if I could come at 2 PM instead. I was told that would be fine. However, when I was about to reach, I received a call saying my appointment was canceled because I hadn’t shown up at 1 PM — even though they had just approved the 2 PM change.
After waiting for a week and taking half time off from work, this level of disorganization was unacceptable.
I will definitely not be returning to this location, and I hope Ulta takes feedback like this seriously. Customers deserve better communication

I appreciate the dedication and hard work of the employees; however, I have concerns regarding the management style of the female manager. Her approach can be quite demanding, which may inadvertently undermine the confidence and abilities of the team. While I value my experiences at Ulta, I find that I prefer shopping at Sephora.
Tried to pick up an order with my email employee was doing just fine. The manager decided let me cut in on my employee and do her job for her.

anthony is the best. i’m obsessed with him 😭 everyone has been great here! only been here a few times but each time, one of the associates thoroughly helped me- they were never rushed or annoyed with my million questions!! you all are amazing!! (& i can’t get over my face, anthony. obsessed! 😍🥰)

I came for a bang trim & showed pics of what I wanted & didn’t want. It wasn’t even close to the pic & she did exactly what I didn’t want.
Super upset & talked to the manager, which they were very nice & wanted to book me another appointment to fix it. They said they couldn’t have it fixed same day because no one was available. I ended up canceling the appointment to fix my bangs & going to another hair salon.
Great store for buying product & good customer service, but the hairstylist I had was just a bad experience.

Ultra is one of my favorites stores to purchase my lip gloss, lip stick, and perfume from. I brought this clear lipgloss that smells like vanilla. Let’s just say I am in love with it and my lips be on go lol. This side of town is very quiet I must say..

If you plan on get your baby’s ears pierced here, DON’T! I scheduled ear piercing appointment for my 1 year old on 3/17/25 and made sure to ask do they do ear piercings on babies and let them know that my baby is 1, they said yes and scheduled the appointment! Then on 3/18/25 less than 30 minutes before the appointment she called to let me know that she doesn’t feel comfortable piercing a baby’s ears! Like why not tell me when I scheduled the appointment and then why wait less than 30 minutes before the appointment I was literally in route to appointment! So unprofessional and inconsiderate and tacky. I was able to walk in Blasted Tattoos and Piercings and they did an amazing job! But I will NEVER spend another penny at Ulta! So unprofessional!

Mallory is always concerned not only with making me look and feel my best, but also the health of my hair and my scalp. She is always helpful with suggesting products to address any issues I bring up. She does blow outs and makeup applications as well, for those special nights out. Her expertise in coloring and the proper cut for my thin hair has brought me so many compliments. She listens to her clients and her recommendations are spot on.
