This has the best ownership and unbelievable staff! I cannot tell you how many times they have helped me with notifying me of urgent mail in my ma ok box, helped me with my low tech capabilities, special packaging etc. Best UPS location I’ve ever been in by far!

The lady named Ash, pictured in the photo of an earlier post is passive aggressive and condescending which comes off rude. Tone and non verbal body language tells me you need to do something that you enjoy or rethink the purpose of your need to earn your pay. I pray peace and joy over your life as well as the business at UPS. If your behavior continues, you will run off future business.

They made me sign in to their computer when all I needed was to print out a label. Other ups stores charge under 2 dollars for the emailing and printing. They not only charged 4.87, they also placed a $20 charge to my account with no reason which I’m having to dispute with my bank. They were also very rude and unhelpful. Worst ups store in the area.

Donald Ashley once again are completely amazing. They helped me out again. I just can't stress enough how amazing the team that The UPS Store in Mansfield is. Their attention to detail and Customerservice is just out of this world

The associate at ups that helped me was extremely nice , helpful , was able to get my package packaged up so my item didn't break and helped me with the best price possible to ship my package. I really enjoy my ups store its the only one that I go to .

Prices for boxing items are very high. $20 for a medium size box!?! All other locations are lower/more reasonable.

The store in Mansfield, Texas, is the best- I come here a lot, and they are extremely pleasant and professional. Nothing has ever been lost, and it arrives on time. They are all excellent, but my favorite two employees are Alazae and Arielle-

We just came to take passport photos for my daughter. The cashier Arielle helped us. Poor customer service and no patience taking the picture. I asked if the picture would comply with the guidelines and she gave me attitude stating “its fine”. People like her make me never want to comeback to this location. So unprofessional and rude.

Brought in 2 packages to return stuff. lady pictured was rude and the way she responded was like she thought I was dumb or something. I was never told I had to pay for them to print packslips and she even tried to say I needed something to be packaged knowing thats how it was sent to me. need to fix her attitude
