Niyhaa & Arielle were so friendly and helpful. I was able to get my documents notarized and faxed to my doctor's office and it was quick and easy. The prices are great and I love the variety of services the store offers. I'm always greeted with a warm friendly smile when I come in. I appreciate the patience and efficiency of the staff, especially during the holidays! Although I moved out of Mansfield recently I drive the extra 10 mins to go to this location because of how amazing the service always is. Keep up the great work!

I had my wedding invitations printed here and Ashley went above and beyond in customer care, helpfulness, kindness, efficiency, and a positive attitude. She made it a very pleasurable experience. The invitations turned out great and were a great deal compared to other options. I will definitely return here for any other prints or shipping needs I have.

AVOID GOING TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! They lose your packages and don't take blame for it! They lost not 1 but 2 of my packages!!! And when you go question them they laugh at you and don't respect your frustration at the lost packages! The manager had the audacity to tell me that this should be a LESSON for me for not taking the receipt! I TRUSTED UPS TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES! WHERE ARE THEY???? I DROPPED THEM OFF AT THIS LOCATION AND IT SAYS LABEL CREATED IT WASN'T EVEN SCANNED IN! She says the receipt would've been my "golden ticket" to give to tmobile, and now I'm being charged $2300 for packages I dropped off at this location. This store needs to take blame for packages they lose and not pass blame to others.Response to your response:You have misrepresented the situation multiple times in your response. my family was around me while were were speaking about my issues and they could hear you laughing and making light of my frustration instead of actually helping me figure this out. Once you realized that you never gave me a receipt, it seemed like the entire staff was in on this. I would not be surprised if the reason why my package WASNT EVEN SCANNED was because you stole it as soon as I dropped it off. I never cursed, I was just frustrated and if I did curse, why would I then admit this was a lesson learned for me? you told me that yourself, your disingenious and your google ratings reflect that. I hope you grow from this and stop cheating people. 2300 dollars is no joke...my finances are in shambles because of this...especially after christmas. And your ill attempt at responding to my review is reason enough to never use your store again!

The UPS store is located off 360, and E Broad St in Mansfield, TX, that is serving the community with mailing, packaging, and shipping services in a one-stop shop!I usually come here to use the printer since I don't have one at home. The printing service is plain and simple as to where you go ahead and put your debit or credit card in the payment slot and once accepted you treat the computer as if it's your own and log on and surf any websites or check your email while printing anything you need. The pricing is fair and reasonable with great internet speed. I also come here to return any Amazon packages that I don't need and need them to be returned. While returning a package, the steps are as easy as 1, 2, and 3. You simply bring your amazon package in and show the barcode from the email to the employee as to where they will scan it for you, and you're done! The lines usually move fast, and there is always a lot of staff on-site to assist you.The customer service provided is superb as to where they greet you and get you in and out! They also provide mailboxes for personal use and notary services. If you don't have a box or envelope, there are plenty on-site to use for an extra additional charge.

As a start-up business owner, it can be overwhelming to do all the things that need to be done to make a great first impression. To be honest, I've experienced burnout before, and I'm doing what the Lord leads me to do, now, so that I'll do my part to avoid getting burned out again.Recently, I found myself preparing to be a vendor at a local symposium for female physicians to market my health and wellness coaching services. Without much notice, I knew this was "go time" for my company. After the Lord and I created the materials via Canva, I needed them printed and presented in a professional way. I knew that I could get them printed on Canva, but I didn't have much time and I prefer working with people face-to-face, when possible. Making a good first impression is important to a start-up company and I needed help. This is where UPS on Broad St. came into play for me. Working with David, Arielle and other members of the staff is a dream. In fact, we work like the "Dream Team"! Their team is a blessing to me!One lesson I have learned is delegate, delegate, delegate when I can in order to protect my health and well-being. To be able to hand off my project to Arielle and see her run with the ball (so to speak) allowed me to make a touchdown at the symposium. Many people walked away with my marketing materials that day and I felt confident that I made a GREAT lasting impression.So, thank you to the UPS on Broad Street team. I consider you to be a valuable part of my team. I look forward to teaming up with you on future projects for both my books and my business! It is simply a pleasure working with all of you. Was visiting the area and had to do an unplanned shipment. There were a lot of random things I didn't know but the worker who was helping me, Ashley, was extremely patient and helpful. Figured everything out for me and all was good! Made my stress go way down, highly recommend!
