I dropped off a time-sensitive package at this UPS Store for Next Day Air delivery, and unfortunately, it never left the store. Despite having a tracking number, there were no scans showing movement, and the package simply sat with no progress. I had to open an investigation with UPS to address this with the store. I had to send out another shipment, which caused serious delays and frustration. This was a critical shipment, and the lack of follow-through and accountability at this location is unacceptable. I always shipped 100+ units at the Arlington Green Oaks location and have never had this issue, this was the only time I have used this location and will take a pass in the future.

My husband and I use this UPS store often, and have always received great service until today. While making some returns, Ashley, a distracted associate, felt the need to browse through her Instagram while processing our return. We came prepared to scan and go, so there should have been no delay; however, her need to browse her socials through each scan caused a significant pause in the process. The only reason I am leaving a 3 star review is because her colleague, Faith, came to the rescue. There is a time and place for taking a break, but it is not while servicing customers.

Isaiah was more than helpful, as I am disabled and he took his time to help me with finding suitable packing for an odd shape package. It was really nice to know we still have companies that still believe in upholding customer service. Isaiah represented UPS as a top notch company and I’m completely grateful. These days young people get such a bad reputation working for companies, but not Isaiah at UPS store 4248.

Depending on the person they may or may not accept your Amazon package. Sometimes they want you to pay for their box. Whenever that happens, I can take it to any other UPS store and they accept it.

Did not scan my return properly and conveniently the shirt is gone. Must have been taken home by an employee as the manager said that there was no other way it could have been misplaced. Also refused to look at any security footage to see what might have happened. Terrible customer service. Be sure to triple check anything you take in there or might “disappear.”

Did not disclose the POSSIBILITY of $30 BROKERAGE FEES associated with 2 packages I sent to Canada--- shoes for my niece and nephew. Total charge is $60 ($30 x 2) plus the $99 cost of shipping. The fees have now surpassed the value of the shoes. I have NEVER been charged brokerage fee when using USPS.

I've been here several times and every single time the employees are polite, hospitable, and efficient! I have zero complaints!
