Verizon store on Matlock and Debbie was a great experience. Lawrence was very kind and helpful. I just met the new manager Anthony too and he was very knowledgeable. Had been with sales for nearly 14yrs. Even offered help to other clients when not requested. Truly nice to see others go out of their way to help

In the past this store was not open all the time, but I tried this store agin yesterday and met the new manager. He was able to help me save money on my account and upgraded my daughter’s phone. I highly recommend this store. Go and see them.

I got a new phone and none of my calls were coming in, I took it in and the employee who was helping me left themselves a 5 star review. On top of that didn’t even help me fix the problem and sent me to another store. Unbelievable.
