For starters I've been with Verizon for a long time now. And the local Verizon store in the new city I recently moved to, on point in terms of exceptional customer service as usual.

We decided to finally upgrade our phones. We have been hesitant because we are older and feared the change. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and helped us upgrade to new phones and plan. No pain!

Rosa is AMAZING. Her customer service, professionalism, attention, awareness… I’d read some bad reviews on others but she changed my mind about them. I’m hopeful the service is as quality as Rosa. Don’t let me down Verizon, she’s set a high standard.
