Rosa is AMAZING. Her customer service, professionalism, attention, awareness… I’d read some bad reviews on others but she changed my mind about them. I’m hopeful the service is as quality as Rosa. Don’t let me down Verizon, she’s set a high standard.

***UPDATE- I was given 256 gb & I asked for 512 gb!!!!
Went to this location buy a brand new iPhone 16 Pro Max. This was my only day to do so since I work 6 days a week upon arriving, TIFFANY came to us.. after repeating who we were & the phone number 3 times. She finally had our information, she went on & on about one thing just to come back from the back & let us know that she gave us misinformation! She was all over the place, rude & disrespectful. While waiting for the phone to come to us that we were purchasing my daughter & I went to look at accessories for the brand new phone like a phone case.. cause that’s really important! We were completely dismissed, she handed me the bag & basically almost booted us out in a sense she knew our intentions of trying to buy accessories for the phone, but did not care immediately went on to talking to another employee at the front upon saying we were trying to purchase items & asking for her name “TIFFANY” she became LOUD disrespectful & rude yelling out “HAVE A NICE DAY” and turning around. Had I not needed this phone for work I would take it back right now, but I can’t. I need it for work! I will be contacting whomever I need to. I absolutely recommend you completely. Avoid this Location at all cost. She is rude disrespectful and obviously does not know how to give out proper information regarding Verizon or HER job. If you are having a bad or rough day or simply don’t like your job. Don’t come to work and take it out on customers or spending lots of money, especially in front of my two minor children stay clear of TIFFANY & her misinformation and RUDE ATTITUDE

If I could leave a 0 star I would. I belive her name was Tiffany, my wife and I had our kids in the store looking to find new phone for our family.
TIFFANY had the WORST attitude, it was like she didnt want to be there or assist my family. I do NOT recommend visiting this verizon. She will be the reason my family switches to AT&T.

We had the best experience at this Verizon. My son’s and I went in for them to update their phones and the team was so knowledgeable, kind and professional! Erika was the absolute best! I highly recommend going to this location!

I've had amazing service at this location on 2 different occasions by Erica. She is knowledgeable and get things taken care of quickly. Most recently I was in because I was having issues with my battery. I was only there for about 10 minutes and by the time I left I had an appointment at the appropriate place to receive a free battery replacement, all because of Erica's knowledge and efficiency. Thank you Erica!!

This Verizon location provides top tier customer service! Alex assisted my and my family in switching to Verizon and he made the process smooth and seamless. We had a somewhat complex situation with multiple people on our account. Alex took care of everything in a timely and professional manner. The location and Alex are highly recommended!

After having an absolute awful experience at the Burleson Verizon store (being told there was nothing a store could do to help and I would have to call customer service), I drove to the Mansfield store and Dani, one of the managers was extremely professional and took the time to help me. She was able to look up my account, one of my issues she was not able to complete in the store BUT she did print me a Fed Ex label and explain I needed to send the phone back that way, not a problem! Way more effort than the Burleson store even attempted.
I had recently upgraded my phone and needed to turn in my phone for the trade in credit. After being told by the Burleson store there was nothing a store could do and I would have to call customer service, thankfully Dani @ Mansfield was able to look up my account and process my $1,100 trade in.
I did go into the store 15 minutes before they were closing, Dani never rushed me and took time even after the store closed to help me and sold me a phone case and Samsung watch.
I live in Fort Worth and I will definitely being driving past the Burleson store to make the much longer drive to the Mansfield store for future business.
It should also be noticed, I was at the Mansfield store Saturday for an app order and Rosa helped me and she was super friendly and helpful.
Thank you Rosa and Dani for your excellent customer service, if it hadn't been for these 2 we were going to take our business to a different carrier.

I always go to this location whenever I have issues the most recent was my phone got thrown in the pool and Chris got me last minute not only a replacement but an upgrade and made it so easy to make sure I left with a phone that day 🥰🥰 thank you guys so much 🩵
